They are very strict. I was told having a phone on the yard will lead to termination and many other things by the know it all who runs orientations.. they also still use outdated equipment and logging devices. Didn't make it past orientation but I'm doing well at crst I thank them so much for giving me opportunity and I should have never left them in the first place but forget this company and everything they stand for I've learned so much gotten good with my driving and backing this company is an L and doesn't care for your driving success, they succeed off treating their drivers like slaves with low paychecks and super strict strict assenine standards

OC is alright, it’s definitely very full here, showers are okay and honestly fine but whoever is cleaning the shower, needs to find a different job bc its not hard to spot black hair all around the shower, just lazy. I say bring your own towels, the towels have random pieces of hair and dust balls stuck between the fabric, I air dried myself. Good spot for a 10 hour, not 34, nice people like always

Tight parking for tractor/trailers at night. They have a separate bobtail area. They have showers but they’re outdated, but the job gets done. Laundry area and vending area but no hot food. There are microwaves if you purchased hot food elsewhere. Norm Williams is horrible at service desk. Passing the company car keys with a tool, but wearing no gloves or mask is insane & sends a message that only myself is important. All you have to do is sanitize with Lysol. My honest opinion is he shouldn’t be on the front line with associates, he should maybe be in the back office. The other workers at the service are extremely nice for the most part. Mechanics here are good. No one really wants to wait for their truck, but they communicate very well for the most part.

Week ago I came here to pick empty for TQL they asked me with trailer vin# which’s I don’t have it even thought I have trailer number load ID BOL #Today I get her they switched the want trailer number even thought Thaer rest of needed just want to make point to f driver time and show their smartness I’m really sure up coming week the will comes up with some deferent sh such tiers size or trailer color how ever still waiting.

If you can park at the Atlanta OC you can park anywhere ? the lot seems to be more open than it used to be not sure what they did but it's cleared up especially on a weekday.

Re: Schneider Drivers Services – driver M***G***, #110****. This driver carelessly left his Schneider tablet computer in his truck at a repair service in Fort Pierce, FL. He and his mother (a former neighbor), knowing that I lived within driving distance, begged me to retrieve the computer and ship it to Schneider, and I would be reimbursed for the shipping cost (>$65). I did this on January 26, 2023. In text messages, M***G*** stated that my reimbursement was being mailed to me on January 30. It was not. He wrote to me on February 3, that my reimbursement was being sent to me that day. It was not. He refuses my request to use his bank’s online bill pay or an easy-to-obtain money order. This is a driver who treats his company computer carelessly, and then behaves without ethics, morals, integrity, or a sense of responsibility. If he can lose his company computer, and take advantage of a senior citizen who helped him in his time of need - is this the company / drivers you trust to take care of your cargo?
