Not sure what sort of diagnostic team they have in their Auto-Center, but as someone who has worked on cars for years and seen how easy it is to fix certain issues if you just take the initiative to be thorough, I'm absolutely disgusted with the service from this place. Brought a Honda here and told them that the alternator was probably bad, and that there was probably a bad connection in the terminal cables too. They only replaced the terminal and charged wayyy too much. They told me the alternator was fine, but when i checked it the voltage output was far below fine. Now my friend is stuck on the side of the road with a dead alternator. What a joke!

Nice location. Clean. Plenty of parking. Never busy during the day. If you order something online they have a pretty awesome pick up system, and the customer service reps who work that area of the store are fantastic at it. (Only docking a star because it's impossible to get a cashier in the gardening section)

I found really nice sales. It wasn't crowded but it was busy. I waited on line for about 20 mins. to pay. Staff were very helpful & pleasant The store is on 2 levels, but handicapped accessible from parking. Inside Cumberland Mall, accessible by private or public transportation
