I visited this store yesterday on March 14!
I had placed my online order for pick up at this location and never again will come to this location!!!!!
First of all no one was greeting or even acknowledging you walking in the store, had to find the online pick up order station which can be missed even it is a small store!
So register had a line but I saw 2 associates just standing around and chatting and clearly had nothing to do work wise so I stood before them to be polite and gave them about two minutes to acknowledge me but clearly they did not care, so I finally interrupted their conversation and asked where to pick up online orders, the one older lady was clearly annoyed they other clearly had no clue and both seemed overwhelmed by one simple question!
They both where not even sure where to start but then said oh is over there about 5 feet from where they where standing and chitchatting, so they pointed me to the sign for pickup I walked there and they both continued their conversation!
Instead oh I can help you or I will let someone know NOTHING!!!!
So I waited at the sign and I had both of those associates in my eye sight also they clearly saw me there waiting, at least 5 different associates passed by and NO ONE acknowledges you and it’s been 15 minutes!!!
And both of those associates still standing there NOT Doing A Single move or working at all but continue their conversation!!!!
Finally another associate passed by and she was the first to asked me if someone had helped me already I said no I’m here to pick up my online order, she said follow me to the register, she got my order from the back every thing was like it supposed to be handed regarding customer service !!
I should have note her name because she is the only person working in this store who deserves 5 stars and above!!
All other associates would not even receive 1 star !
This store is clearly not good in customer service and some associates should consider just working somewhere else because clearly alot of them do not want to work there or deal with customers!
I will not consider this store again for shopping or order pick up

The lady with the blue contacts in her eyes helped me today she was very unprofessional and inconsiderate. She didn’t want to be bothered she lied multiple times telling me items was out of stock so that i could stop asking for help. I then stopped and went to the manager and got help and indeed every item was in stock !! I don’t like none bout it !! I didn’t enjoy nothing about this experience!! She wasted so much time for me !!! Very Unprofessional and unhelpful !!! The manger did say he would speak with her

Today I went inside to look for an eyebrow pencil, I usually buy 2 in dark brown. They didn’t have a second one on display, so the drawer that they did have which did not have a lock & was not locked was open, & I tried to look for one. I believe someone sent the associate to me to let me know that I couldn’t look in the drawer. The problem with that was instead of offering to help me find what I needed she made that statement and then tried to walk off. I then asked her to help me find the item that I was looking for & again she proceeded to say “yea but we can’t have you looking in the drawer” at that point I knew that instead of her focusing on helping me ,her focus was to do what someone told her to do instead of actually solving the customers problem. Also had to repeat myself another time to let her know “hey could you help me find this product” before it actually registered in her mind to help me,l. She also had an attitude. Never felt so on edge in a store before, at that point I just wanted to pay for my things and leave as soon as possible.

worst location in atl you will be racially profiled i walked in no greeting directly after a white woman walked in and was instantly greeted they also will harass u with asking if u need help after you've said no and continue to send different associates to ask overall weird energy amongst the staff and management

I’m deeply disappointed by my recent experience at Sephora. My family and I drove four hours to visit the store, as we don’t have one in our town. We were so excited to shop and make it a special day, but instead, I left feeling hurt and unwelcome.
Despite spending over $300 during our visit, I was denied my birthday gift and treated in a way that felt unfair and discriminatory. It’s heartbreaking to think that after making such an effort to shop at Sephora, this is the treatment we received.
I’ve always admired Sephora’s values of inclusivity and customer care, but this experience has made me question whether those values are truly upheld. I hope the company reflects on how such incidents affect loyal customers like me.

This guy was supposed to be the manager during my visit - he abandoned me to go help a guy (of his kind) and totally left me hanging. The greeter at the front paged him over and over but it was clear he didn’t want to help me find a lip gloss.
His attitude was so unprofessional and unnecessary, he had absolutely no patience. Customer service is clearly not his thing 👎🏾👎🏾
The energy in this store is giving RUDE! For what?

Slow and rude. Ordering via curbside pickup is a joke when you still have to wait in the checkout line. Make it make sense.

I waited here for several minutes and nobody came to help me. I asked for help from two different employees in sephora who both said they would come back to help me and never returned. At one point, one of the employees began helping somebody else and looked directly at me without addressing me or saying they would be back shortly to help. Just a really upsetting experience for me. I ended up leaving the store.

There is a middle aged white-lady with very curly hair who appears to be the store manager. She is extremely rude, rolls eyes at costumers who ask for help and seems extremely unprofessional towards costumers.
She is going to get a formal complaint by me -for how poorly she treats people of color. Needs to get down from her high horse. This store was my go to place but because of her i am never coming here or at a sephora ever again.
That being said all other female employees here are super nice except for this one woman.

So where do I begin? I typically avoid certain stores like Sephora and even Ulta in the city of Atlanta due to Atlanta’s reputation of piss poor customer service. I miss the NARS store in Buckhead village because the customer service was superb.
I walked in and was met with a “nice enough” greeting by an African American young woman with red braids. You know the greeting ? The “I’m not really a kind/nice person but because I work here I have to tolerate you stupid and annoying customers nice enough greeting.”
I told her that I needed some help and don’t really know where to begin but before I could get anything out of my mouth she proceeded to dismiss me by saying she and her staff don’t have time to help me for 30-40 minutes and suggested that I book a makeup learning session ( I wasn’t there to learn how to apply makeup as I know how to do this). Plus I find it interesting that she and her staff had little time to help customers but they had all the time in the world to have sidebar conversations on the floor while bad mouthing customers.
When I finally got my words out to tell her that I don’t know what colors to pick for my skin for contouring she quickly passed me off to an associate named Mercedes. Mercedes was incredibly helpful and even answered some of my questions regarding products that would be right for my face. If it wasn’t for Mercedes I would’ve walked out of the store. Instead I ended up purchasing $99 worth of products. This will be my last time purchasing anything from this location. Possibly Sephora as a whole. Going back to NARS.

The staff is very knowledgeable and patient. Parking can be tricky on the weekends but there is some adjacent street parking. Also recommend Dancing Goats coffee shop in the same parking lot

Don't expect any customer service from anyone at this location. You can expect the employees overlooking you while on their phones and ignoring you at checkout though. I stood in line for 5 minutes with no one in front of me. Two employees at the register. The male employee was helping a customer while the other employee completely ignored me. She walked away from the counter then came back and gave me a half wave to checkout. No greeting or anything when I approached the counter. I eventually had to greet her. Her attitude was very dismissive and upapproachable. I will definitely not visit this location again! I wish I can give them zero stars TBH .

Abigail was so awesome and helpful!! She asked fantastic questions to help me find the exact formulation that would work for me for foundation, and then did a great job color matching me. I was especially impressed that she used the color matching tool but relied on it as a guide rather than a set-in-stone directive. Instead, she used her product knowledge and fabulous eye for color to get me to exactly the right spot. She's an amazing asset to the team! I will be a loyal Abigail customer for all my makeup needs!

The manager, Ms. Boyd is amazing and knowledgeable- she helped me select some amazing gifts and was able to provide expert advise on beauty and cosmetic matters
