worst customer service experience ever. Employee asked me if I was ready, she helped me with picking out my last item. Told me to use her to checkout as the registers were already shut down for the day. I went to check out with her (2 min later at most) and another employee told me they were closed. I repeated what the first employee told me to do and the lady asked her if that's what she said and she bold face said NO and walked away. The second employee checked me out with an attitude and asked someone else "can y'all let her out" to which the employees said no. I could have been rude but, but decided to leave a sweet review for her instead. Be blessed.

Had a great experience with Milan (I hope I didn’t spell that wrong lol). She helped me choose a foundation, concealer, blush, and powder. She was very attentive and made sure everything matched my skin tone. I will definitely be back for more recommendations.

I'm guessing they're very sexist or have something against straight black men. Went in to make a purchase and no one even acknowledged my presence. Walked by a group of 3 ladies at the door as I was leaving but no one said a thing to me. Yet when a couple of black women walked in they were promptly greeted and asked if they needed help. So I'm not spending my money where I'm not liked

You have to ask yourself if the people who work there no longer have any nose hair or sense of smell. If you have allergies…You might want to skip this one! I’ve been in two different Sephora stores in two different states in the past week. The store in Atlanta was busy. I was completely ignored while I was doing everything I could do to stop my nose and eyes from running. No one said a word, like “someone will be with you shortly.” I wasn’t familiar with this store’s layout so it took me a minute to find what I was looking for, and while I was rooting through the bottles of foundation, I came to an enlightened conclusion. Going forward, I’ll just order online.

First time here. The customer service is amazing! I immediately felt welcomed and loved the experience. The VARIETY of shades is INCREDIBLE! A blonde-haired gentleman did a computerized skin match on me. It was FABULOUS!

I visited this Cumberland mall location to test some new perfumes I’m interested in purchasing. I was surprised to see that over half of the testers were completely empty. Like not a drop of perfume. The sales associates were nice, but why keep asking me if I need help finding anything if you don’t have any testers available? This entire mall is going downhill, but Sephora is usually top notch. Not anymore.

It’s not uncommon to look around a store for something you’re looking for & you somehow overlook it. I asked for help from an employee (light skin male working Monday May 29th around 4pm) and got nothing but attitude & sarcasm! I never understood working in customer service if you don’t have the right attitude for it or enjoy it to say the least! I’ll continue to shop from home so I don’t have to deal with stuff like this or I’ll go to another location. If you don’t like your job QUIT!!!!!!!

Went to pick up a order from door dash and the employee told me to wait in line for packages. Usually they just help me get the packages in a timely manner....but not today.

I came in to exchange extra strength Dr. DG peels pads for the universal pads and Omar was beyond helpful! He could have easily let me do an even exchange, but he walked me over to the newly released bonus pack which included the pads + moisturizer and cleanser for the same price. This type of customer service is the reason I choose Sephora time and time again. At check out Viktor (or Victor?) was bubbly and seemed genuinely excited to be there! 1 on 1 Customer service experiences are standard for Sephora and it honestly makes it EASY to spend ALL my money there.

Best experience I’ve ever had today! Jessy helped me to find every product I needed and went above and beyond to look for products in shipment boxes and the back room if a product wasn’t on display. She was so nice and nonjudgmental which is such a breath of fresh air in my experience when dealing with Sephora employees. she walked me through every step of my skincare, prep, and makeup routine and gave me amazing tips and recommendations. Nikki at the checkout counter was so amazing! She had such a beautiful soul and she gave me amazing recommendations for primers!The only bad thing I will say is that the “skincare advisor” (tan skin, glasses, black curly hair, older) was so rude and dismissive. I asked her for a hair product and she literally pointed to a wall and walked away. When I asked the second time after she walked away for the heat protectant I need she said “that’s the only products we have” and walked away again which is so annoying as I spent well over $500 today, thank you Jessy for actually checking the stock and helping me find my product. In Nene Leakes voice, the “skincare advisor” was “so nasty and so rude”Jessy & Nikki, keep being gorgeous ladies!
