First time coming into this mall, I had some returns to do and stopped into Sephora. I was greeted by a few staff members, super friendly, my son waved at them, they waved or happily said hello back (thank you ladies!). Monique was super helpful and went out of her way to assist me in finding what I needed, and also was very sweet with my son, thank you! I will absolutely be returning to this Sephora location, purely because the staff were so lovely.

I walked into the store this afternoon at 1:00 pm. It wasn’t super busy with lots of employees walking around and not one of them greeted me or asked if I needed help. When I did ask for help finding the Ilia products the employee didn’t even look up from her phone at me, she just pointed and said “over there.” I found what I was looking for but decided not to purchase from this store because of how rudely I was treated. It was like I didn’t exist. So I’ll buy directly from the manufacturer website instead. Find somewhere else to get your products ladies. This team is not helpful or friendly.

Every time I visit this particular location it’s fairly busy but there’s always a person who greets and helps me.
Five stars for customer service and whether they help me check out at the register or on a tablet. All the ladies are super helpful.
Right now they’re redoing their floors so it’s not as gentle on your shoes.

Ask for Jada.. she’s so helpful & informative. She made sure I found my perfect shade in foundation with the hydration I needed. She’s very patient & honest. Love the store overall.

I went to Sephora to purchase an HD skin tint 7/15/24. Helen was absolutely amazing. She helped me get ready for the Jhene Aiko Concert. Helen was so kind and patient with me. She matched me perfectly and gave me amazing advice. She had a smile on her face the entire time. This location is very busy but Helen made sure she had time for me and was thorough. I couldn’t leave a review about Helen because my receipt link expired. So I thought it would be kind to praise her on Google Review! All of the ladies were kind this day.

Horrible customer service experience from two different people. I asked someone for help and they seemed very annoyed and I asked if they had a product in stock and they just glanced at where I was pointing and said no we don’t. This person didn’t assist me at all not even trying to see if they had the product or not and I went online to check the stores stock for the product and it was indeed in stock. They completely dismissed me. My checkout experience was not good either because the person seemed to be quite rude during the whole process. I just wanted to leave as soon as possible. I won’t be coming to this location anymore.

On May 8 around 4pm, I planned to purchase my quarterly items for acne treatments and perfumes. I usually visit this location every fe months but I’m a frequent Sephora member but this visit was extremely peculiar. As I walked in I noticed the greeter blonde curly hair at the standing table, refusing to give eye contact or speak. I continued with a basket and looking for the items on my list. Later I noticed the same greeter immediately guiding and helping someone else. As I’m browsing, I noticed the skincare reps were huddling and just talking, I didn’t think anything of it because I’m assuming they were having a staff meeting. Maybe 20 minutes, I continued to find my items and even walked passed and through the group. Once I found my items, is when I noticed anyone even speak me, I kindly responded. At this moment, I don’t need their help but I continue to move into the perfume area. I noticed someone just finished speaking with someone and I quickly walked over to a lady with long cat eye wings and asked for Jo Malone Peony large bottle. I’ve been where this for years and didn’t know if the brand had created another but I wanted the same fragrance. For some reason to me the young lady seemed a little lost or nervous when I asked her for the fragrance in a large bottle because she claimed they didn’t have any but I could buy a small bottle. Then I asked for Issey Miyake l'eau d'issey, they don’t carry but I’m ok with going to Sak for this item. Finally, I asked for Chole and she point in the facility of the fragrance, as though I’m familiar with their items but I searched. Again, they don’t have a large bottle of the fragrance, then I was going to just purchase the smaller bottles but another lady came over and told her their maybe items in the back storage.
Great, because I don’t purchase anything I like small but this is where I feel even more uncomfortable with this visit. The lady claimed she was going to look for the larger items and never came back, I patiently waited for around 30 minutes near the fragrance and the walkway to see if she comes out but she doesn’t. Then I see the police walking throughout the store several times but as a woman of color that raises questions and red flags. Now I’m annoyed that this purchase is taking too long because I don’t visit the mall this long of a period and I don’t know what’s happening or if something had already happened. I had my work bag and laptop, now everything is getting heavy, so I ask the other lady with red nails if she could help because it’s been extremely too long of a wait and if they couldn’t find large bottles then I would settle for the smaller items. Found out that the lady never came back because she went to the bathroom or break and there was a misunderstanding. I’m confused because I specifically asked for items, she told me she was going to look and told the other lady so she could support the area. 30 minutes later, there’s a mix up on what you were supposed be doing, is extremely odd behavior and I felt targeted as a consumer.
Regardless, the lady with red nails was helpful and told me she called it in and it should be out shortly. I was appreciative because she was extremely nice and supportive in accommodating to all of my purchases. But by this time, my experience has already changed my perspective of shopping at Sephora and especially this location.
With a direct to consumer based establishment I was surprised myself with majority of the horrific experience I received, the behavior, treatment I experienced was rude, inconsiderate, to be honest I felt it was biased mindsets that’s projected to myself as a consumers. I’m not sure why she was so reluctant to assist me properly, or to be greeted, guided, or helped but I’m filing a formal complaint with corporate regarding my concerns because this can trigger an individual to respond in a different manner. Treatment and support of your customers should be the primary objective and focus to bring positive experience and don’t have a biased attitude towards specif

This location is always busy. Tammy and Richard made sure every customer was greeted and helped. Lana did my makeup and made sure i was comfortable before applying any product which i can appreciate it! I looked great.

It pains me to write a bad review, because the lady that did my beauty lesson this past weekend was very nice. BUT the brushes and makeup she used on me were obviously not cleaned properly, because I ended up with a severe infection on/in my eye that puts me at high risk of losing my sight. Please do yourself a favor and don't go here for a lesson or consultation, nor allow them to use any brushes/ opened makeup on you!!

Beauty Lesson with Felicia five stars! Felicia was professional, a great listener, and very knowledgeable. She recommended excellent products and instructed me on creating the perfect “no-makeup” makeup look. It was a very busy Saturday night and she still brought the energy and creativity! Avoid this store on the weekends. It'll take more than 40 minutes for anyone to acknowledge/help you...and when they do help it's always rushed. They should implement a line outside like Pandora for customers that need longer assistance like finding the right shade of foundation/concealer, etc. It was chaotic and unorganized. Also, the supplies to try on makeup aren't stocked. I left everything i wanted to buy and just went to Ulta instead.

The manager Sunny at the Perimeter location is very rude, I watched her scroll on her phone minutes before she left even looked up and acknowledged any customers, when I asked was anyone working the fragrance area today she loudly exclaimed I am in a rude tone. No one chose this job for you so fix your attitude. Everyone else including the cashiers were extremely helpful.
