They ruined my mother’s dress ! Went with most rhinestone's attached and returned the dress with most of the rhinestones GONE. Run if you can and choose somewhere else !

Ruined my faux leather pants. I'm JUST NOW getting similar pants but they will never be the original as I bought the original from a boutique in the mall. They also messed up my pillowcase, the zipper never works the same since they've cleaned them.

I took A pair of pants to the cleaners and asked to have the zipper replaced. It was a double zipper. The pants were obviously reversible. They have the same appearance when you turn them inside out. One side flowered one side solid, pockets on both sides. I paid took them home and when I was ready to go on vacation noticed they put a one sided zipper in. I went to the place twice and the guy told me I would have to talk with seamstress. I never get there at the right time. The last time he just told me ...you just said you wanted a zipper. He didn't ask if he could fix them for me. I paid quite a bit more because they could said they could get them back earlier than other seamstress. Just FYI people. They don't seem very customer friendly. I found them referred on Nextdoor. If I see it recommended again as someone to go to for tailor work, I will comment.

I have been fortunate enough to be going to this dry cleaners since they opened around 20 years ago, when the shopping center was upgraded. I have always had extremely attentive, fast, and helpful service. Truly extraordinary care and attention.We send at least one bag of clothes a week, and our clothes are always perfectly dry cleaned and ready when I need them. Alterations have always turned out exactly as I needed and exactly when promised.Service is truly extraordinary. If the parking spaces are full, they will run out and grab my clothes or help me carry my clothes back to my car. They have watched my kids grow up and now recognize them when they come in. My kids comment how great it is they don't even have to give our name or phone number, because they are known as soon as they drive up. It's like a small town feel and friendliness with fast big city service.I highly recommend them. Going 20 years on excellent service and hope to see them another 20! Thank you, Shallowford Cleaners, for the many years of great service. We appreciate it more than we can say.The Pernini family

Took a rug here to be dry cleaned and they did a great job! It was super cheap only being $45 and they did a fantastic job getting stains out of it!

I've been using Shallowford Cleaners since moving into the neighborhood four years ago. The attendant knows me by name and is always happy to see me. In addition to dry cleaning, I've also had clothing hemmed, buttons sewn on, and rugs that cannot be washed cleaned here. Service and quality has ALWAYS exceeded my expectations. I won't go anywhere else.
