Apartments are nice but once you’re in it’s a headache… the biggest issue is MAINTENANCE! Maintenance complete work orders online and don’t even come to the unit … I’ve requested pest control inside my unit it’s been a month I haven’t saw them … unit is infested with nats … I see plenty of people having the same issues I’ve complained about (STOVE / REFRIGERATOR / DIRTY UNITS UPON MOVE IN) it’s ridiculous .. u ask for management they always “busy” .. cooperate don’t respond …

I've been living here in a market apartment for over 14 years which I never planned to stay for so long when I first applied. Pat moved me in when I first came and she has been addressing my concerns the whole time in a timely and professional manner. I'm guessing that is the reason I stayed so long. Except for an issue with my stove which was probally beyond her control, she has been an exceptional leasing agent the whole time. Kudos to Pat! Oh and Kudos to Renee and the management team too whom I've only known for less than a year but has been very professional in addressing my concerns.

The people in the rent office is so sweet . I'm so thankful for the help I received from Ms Renee . She helped me every step of the way ! The neighborhood is great I love it

less than one stars. why have I been waiting almost 4 months and can't get my lightbulb changed and they are steady moving people in. my apartment is roach infested and it was not properly cleaned before i moved in. Corporate if your reading please email me!!! I will update my review to show how long it took to change a kitchen light smdh!!!!

If I could give these apartments complex a rating of a zero or negative, I REALLY WOULD! Don’t move into these apartments if you have anywhere else to go, I’ve been having problems since I moved in! NOBODY DO THEIR JOBS, if they do it takessssss dayssss. I’ve been without air in my apartment for over a week after they told me they were coming to see about the issue and NEVER came. I’ve been calling the front office, emailing , showing up, calling corporate; STILL NOTHING! Maybe I will get help since I see someone responds on here. PLEASE DON’T MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS. You will regret it!

I love my new home at Ashley College Town. Renee was the absolute best, she was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and very accommodating. I feel safe and being here makes me honestly say there's no place like home!!

My hot water tank burned out over a month ago. Called the fire department first, called the maintenance line second, went into the office and notified them in person. As of today my kids and I are out of hot water and much more. Do management understand or not care how dangerous it is to have to boil water on the stove and carry it to the bathroom with kids in the unit.

It has been my distinct pleasure to meet Ms. Renee Melton. As a leasing agent, she posses great professionalism skills, integrity and demonstrates amazing customer service etiquette. She was sincere and genuinely concerned with making my relocation process smooth and stress free. They have too many people handling your case they give you one rate and put in another they charge a admin fee but don’t tell you it’s non refundable until after your app is denied but the fee is to hold the apartment so I’m trying to understand why is it not refunded if you didn’t get the apartment especially if the fee and the denial happened within hours of each other I wish I could give 0 stars but it doesn’t allow it this was a major disappointment they need to do better

They are scammers don’t waist your time, she gave us a approval letter then asked for us to bring me a $100 money order then the next day tells us she not approving us and the money is non refundable

To be fair a lot of the negative reviews on here are caused by residents who are just "nasty.' you just leave your garbage in the breezeway when the dumpster is just 20 ft away. Allow your kids to cuss out adults then defend them. Tear up property again and again then complain when it's not done when you want. When you care about where you live you do better

If I could give a 0 star review I would. Just to let future tenants here know they do not do a great job of verifying people identities here. This has allowed people to fill out applications and be approved in other peoples names so watch out for your neighbors they may not be who they say they are. So if you would like to live here just start filling out applications here in somebody else’s name because you may be approved. Then when you the perpetrator doesn't pay they will let said victim deal with a debt collections agency.
To said person who will respond to me. I am not falsifying any information here and if you would like to see any of the money you feel like you're owed feel free to connect if camera footage or any other info you may have on said perpetrator can be provided because I will gladly work with you in bringing them to Justise for the both of us. In addition, you may want to increase your background checks or check credit scores to see if said person has a lock/fraud alert on their credit.

These Are By Far The Worse Apartments I’ve Moved In. The Property Manger Is Definitely The Worse, when the lord ready for her and hers , she will get it. They know ppl have rats, they know trash be everywhere, they know maintenance doesn’t do work. Their favorite line is they have to wait for funds. Ppl are paying 1600$ in rent Yall. Y’all have to co tact your local congressman and HUD. Keep receipts, keep pictures and work orders y’all put in. They can delete things off your portal. Get a free lawyer and call code enforcement. I’m 4 yrs in and I’m almost ready to go. These ppl are here to collect a free check. I definitely assure u tho. Once u go on the congressman website and keep reporting they’ll assign someone to assist u and it’s quick and easy. Make sure your apartment is clean as a whistle because Clarissa gone find something , junk sad man. Idk if her and the maintenance man together or the family but they are by far the worse ppl. I kinda like Patricia at first but once u call with an issue she gets upset as well man. These ppl deserve to catch Covid and don’t recover. They don’t care about u having kids or nun of that, but when it’s my time to shine , I’m on that. WATCH ME. Ima upload all the trash near my building when I get home. They don’t understand, this how ppl have horrible things done to them, playing with ppl money and wasting time. They haven’t met that mental person yet.

My experience with this community and management company have been horrible and humiliating. There have been nothing but discrimination and bias personal opinion made towards me as low income tenant. Management has failed to keep a positive landlord/tenant relationship with me. Just this pass Wednesday I had an appointment which was so degrading I could not utter a word. I felt upon hardship I was denied assistant. Tried to handle my obligation thru court but? This is not my first nor last review until I know for facts my personal information is not being used nor that I own them any payments. They withheld my dependents from my lease just to pay more in rent. I showed this and more but was told it's irrelevant to why I'm not doing anything to pay.
