One of the security that works there a real weirdo. Locking the door and turning people away for whatever reason with this crazy look on his face. Atleast I didn’t have an emergency.

Very disappointed, if I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. Have been visiting this same shell for a year & spending my money here consistently. Went in on Halloween & bought a bidi stick vape for $18. Walked out of the store, opened it up, and it was completely broken. Immediately walked back inside to the counter & explained they sold me a broken vape, expecting to be refunded or have the broken one swapped for a new one, and was greeted with disrespect and refusal to help me. The men at the counter were adamant in their refusal to exchange the vape as well as provide me with a refund, and were also extremely rude about it. That’s $20 down the drain. Very disappointed with the customer service here, and most DEFINITELY will not be spending my money here again.

ZERO STARS!!! Do not come here!
Went there yesterday morning and they were closed before 9 AM. Had to walk to the Citgo nearby just to buy a plastic tank to fill up my car that ran out of diesel down the street. I asked the man at the counter how to use the tank I got and if they sold a funnel. They said no and the man RUDELY interrupted me while I was explaining the story about how they were closed so I bought the tank nearby but I couldn’t figure out how to use it. The funnel would have easily allowed me to fill up my car with the diesel.
Like another woman commented, I too was approached by a sketchy panhandler while filling up. Since my car ran out of diesel down the street and I had to walk to and from the car to the station, he ended up helping me but asked me for too much money and I regret taking his help when very nice people by my car were willing to help for free.
While I was in the station using the ATM, I found someone’s wallet sitting on the counter that they didn’t see. I handed it to the cashier man. The next day I saw a fraudulent activity on my card and this being the last place I went to, I called them. The same man was there. He couldn’t care less that I left a card there. I told him it was the last place I went and clearly it’s missing. He was SO RUDE after I asked him if he could look for it, after which he said ‘No!’ so I hung up.
I hope the other man finds his wallet but I wouldn’t trust this place....who knows what they might say when he calls them.

Horrendous POS system. I've had countless times where my card was declined when it shouldn't have been. Also, the men that work there are predatory.

I love this place, they keep it clean, keep it free of random people trying to get you to buy cds, and they are always super friendly. They ask about your day, and remember what you need. I am a teacher and when they ran out of jolly ranchers that I buy for my students their manager special order more without my even asking! Great service.
