Go in mornings to play lottery the man on December 12,2024 8:40 am don't have any patience yelled at me because I ask a question how much I still have with my winning ticket I turned in. He's always grumpy with me. I will not return to that until he's not there. That make your business look bad because I'm a business owner myself. Look at the cameras today and other days I have been there.
Can reach out via email or phone
Thanks in advance

Don’t buy the car wash. No soap, no product, and half washes your vehicle with just water. $18 for just a water car wash.

If you are looking for a touchless car wash, this is a great place. I don’t mind doing some of the work myself, which is why I like coming here. I had a few questions and the store manager was very helpful.

Said it was 24 hours pulled off the highway blinking signs all saying 24 and the doors were locked. So I couldn't have access to inside restroom nothing. Can't really promote 24 hours access when your locked inside.

Having lived in this area since August 2000, I've only filled up at this Shell station once. I knew a guy that used to work here. Ismail. Well, he either worked here or at the Shell less than half a mile up the road. Yes, there are two Shell stations within half a mile of each other on Howell Mill Road. One is north of I-75 (1892 Howell Mill Rd) and one - this one - is south of I-75 (1790 Howell Mill Rd). I wonder what the story behind that is. This Shell is located next door to Piedmont West: During my Thursday afternoon visit around 1:30pm, I noticed several Piedmont employees, dressed in scrubs, walking back and forth on this lot from their office. I think they were going to the Food Mart convenience store here or elsewhere nearby. When my wife was a med student at Morehouse School of Medicine, she did an outpatient clinic rotation at Piedmont West, but I digress. This Shell station has 10 pumps and a fairly spacious lot, especially for how dense the immediate area is. What I didn't like about this place was I had to prepay for gas inside. I ended up going inside *six* times: five times to pay ($20, $10, $10, $10, $20) and one time to get my final receipt. I almost always pay at the pump and I never prepay for gas. Obviously, I did a terrible job estimating how much I'd have to pay. It didn't help that gas prices were unusually very high at the time too. What I should've done was prepay for $60 and called it a day. Whatever money is leftover gets refunded to your card anyway. The final receipt shows how much money will go back on your card. Also what I didn't like about this Shell was all the paper towel dispensers were empty. What I did like about this Shell were the two employees I interacted with inside the store. They both called me, "boss." That's not why I liked them, though. I liked them because they were polite and friendly. Some convenience store workers can be really gruff and DGAF. The guy I interacted with the most was Zoheb (not sure if I spelled that right) and he seemed like a good dude. This Shell was offering only $0.01 per gallon cashback on premium via GetUpside. Better than nothing. If you're not familiar with GetUpside, it's an app you can use to get free cashback at participating gas stations. There are no catches or gimmicks. Use my invite code DANIEL66482 to get an extra $0.15 per gallon cashback the first time you use the app. Next time I want to go to a Shell on Howell Mill Road, I'll go to the one at 1892. After 22+ years in Atlanta, I haven't been to that one either. It's time to get out and expand my horizons.

One star as restroom was clean, while all the way from Cecil, GA to 40 mlies into TN on I 75 and I 24 had prices on signs of $4.19 to $3.99 this station charged $4.96 and gave a $0.03 discount. The pump refused my Discover card and sent a $1.00 chug to Discover. They accepted my debit card to the amount of $125.00, when you pull a 34' trailer and find a place that you get into and out of you don't start over. But consider this highway robbery.

The Darker Toned Cashier Was Super Rude As If Him Servicing Me Was Doing Me A Favor… Thats Not How You Run A Business Especially Not When There’s Literally A Gas Station Right Down The Road. Everytime I See Him Working There I WILL NOT Be Shopping There

Very RUDE cashier and very greedy about money. No mask being worn by cashier. Nozzles never work. Save your time and energy and go to the other Shell down the street.
