This is some of the most absurd customer service I’ve ever seen this lady from the gas station comes out to me while I’m working filling out a email and tells me that I’m blocking the sign which the sign is facing towards the gas station and the road only displaying is the price of high gas price. I was here to do a service and work and this lady is bothering me coming out here with the rudest most craziest attitude trying to tell me what to do and stopping me from doing my job. I will never shop here. I wouldn’t advise anyone to shop here or buy gas here. I won’t buy anything from this place. This gas station needs to be shut down until they learn how to get Correct customer service skills when talking to customers or someone working in the area.

How don’t you have a public restroom. coming back from a 6 hour drive my kid has to potty and I stop here only to have to use the side of the building. Never tf again

Very bad staff or management, anyone can have an emergency but they don't let you use the bathroom even if you have an emergency. Very disappointed.

I wish I knew the number to report this gas station for price gauging. 4.29 for reg gas when gas is literally 2.89-2.99 a gallon. This is ridiculous and takes advantage of the community. You should be ashamed. I will find the info to report this gas station.

Extremely rude. I went in asking for help with the gas pump. Not only was the woman behind the counter disgustingly rude but when I told her how much I wanted to put in the tank she told me to pay more. TF!? Horrible. Don’t give them your service. She was disgusting and rude even when I politely greeted her with a smile. Disgusting.

Not only is this the most expansive gas/highway robbery in the city, but the machines won’t take debit card payments and you have to go inside. God forbid I try to use real money. I’ll run out of gas before I ever go to this station again

This location is ripping people off. They price gouge in this already expensive economy. I wouldn't recommend this location to no one. And it's crazy because shell is my go to station. It should be illegal to just add their own made up prices on top of brand prices. It's ridiculous. ???♀️If I could rate no stars I would. And then when I asked the guy why he charged the extra amount he looked me dead in my face and said it's the location. Like what? Never again.

Betty, is not only beautiful to look at but she’s very friendly and welcoming. She makes you feel good about spending your money in such an overpriced area. Her warm, loving personality and conversation is the only reason I go here on my lunch breaks. She makes customers feel appreciated

I usually prefer Shell for its service and fuel quality, but my recent visit was disappointing. Despite being a loyal customer, I was asked to leave the parking lot by the security team, which left me feeling unwelcome. Unfortunately, my experience didn't meet the usual standards of customer service I expect from Shell
