I just pumped at pump one prepaid and the pump automatically selected premium gas for me so that i couldn't even choose regular gas. Then when I put the pump back without pumping instead of canceling the transaction it charged me 5 cent.

This shell station is very bad. I am 64 years old. Paid cash for cash. Forgot to get the gas. Yes, that was stupid. I realized it immediately and was back at the station in 10 minutes. The guy behind the desk looked at me and said he had never seen me before!!!!. I ask for a manger. He want through the camera but denied me the gas I just paid for and said someone else got my gas. Unfortunately, I have done this before at other shell stations but they have always given me my gas. These folks are not the kind of people you want to do business with.

Price gougers they'll allow you into a false state of all these people are pretty cool and then when the other shift comes in they charge you the extreme prices are then they'll wait a week and then start trying to charge you extreme prices I don't do business with people who gouged me
