I have had very good experiences with Sherwin Williams in general. I went to this location to buy interior paint for an accent wall in my office. I was advised to buy Duration interior acrylic latex.
It was so thick that the quart was not sufficient to paint the wall and it applied in a blotchy way even after I tried filtering it.
Now I have to buy new paint and spend another afternoon painting. For a small accent wall this is turning into an expensive and time consuming project.

On Feb 8, there were a few customers waiting and one guy with a big order. There were two people working there but the one guy was just sitting in the back office on his phone when he could have made himself available to customers to speed things up. He came up to assist the other cashier with a code and then went right back to sit down and watched videos on his phone.

I’m painter and every day visit Sherwin-Williams but this store bring so bad service and Disrespectful the people.
When you come inside don’t questions or the minimum respect act.

I was blown away by the customer service here. It looks like the workers genuinely enjoy working here. The lady that helped me was so kind, honest, and knowledgeable. The parking and getting out of the parking lot was a bit tricky, but I’ll definitely be back because of how nice and helpful the worker was.

I came to buy a sprayer at 4:57 pm and they tell me that they can't sell it to me because the manager is not here. They have an offer that says buy a machine and get 4 free tips. I asked the seller and he has no knowledge.

Don't come here if you're looking for any help. The guys who work here don't know anything. They are just there to ring up your purchase. I asked for a sherwin paint code and the guy didn't know what to do. This location is the pretty awful lol.

Outstanding service from Devin. He took the time to recommend a specific formula that would match the builder-grade paint on my wall, and then took the time to adjust the custom color-match tint three or four times until it was so perfect I couldn't tell where he put it on the color chip. I got home, brushed a sample on the wall and can't tell where I put it. Most paint places will scan the sample, mix it once and call it good. I really appreciate that Devin took the time to get this so perfect. It saved me time and money from having to paint four whole walls instead of just the repaired area.

I entered the Moreland Ave store & there were two employees working. One employee was already assisting another customer, but the other employee (Jada) was not assisting anyone, yet she did not acknowledge me. Finally the other employee asked Jada to assist me. She very rudely asked me what I needed & I politely walked out of the store & went to the Hosea Williams location where William took great care of me.
