My personal experience at this Sherwin-Williams Store is that these guys are rude liars that don't care about their customers.
Saturday, October 5th, 2024: They screwed up my 5-gallon paint order when they were making it, then lied and hid behind the counter for 20-30 minutes as they covered up their mistake. The end result was that my color came out NOT matching the other 5 gallons I had previously purchased. My house is now two different shades of blue.
When I arrived, they took my name, address, phone, and email down. By the time I was checking out - as they asked me to pay before seeing the paint - they rang the order up under a local business name. They argued with me, stating this is better for me because they gave me the Pro contractor price instead of the DIYer price. "Fine - if you want, we can put it under your name and you'll pay twice as much!" In reality, they were complicating the purchase to make it nearly impossible for me to raise the real issue - that the color was mixed incorrectly.
I contacted the S-W sales rep for this store with all the order info, but never received a response.
My recommendation to all Atlanta Painters and DIYers: Do Not go to this Sherwin-Williams. They made an honest mistake, but proceeded to lie to my face and argue with me. The end result is that I'm the idiot for walking out of there with $300 in paint of the wrong color. But I still get spam email because I'm in their system.

Everyone here that I have come into contact with over the course of my home remodel projects has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They've all been very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. I'm always going to try to come back here before I go to any of the big box stores in the future for all my paint needs.

Just got denied entry 5 minutes before closing time with the employee making eye contact with me as she locked up, all I needed was some fine grade sandpaper. Been here before though, typically great service.

I went to the store Sherwin Williams store in Beaufort South Carolina for some paint which I prior used in my dining room. I wasn't sure whether that would still be available but the sales person was very helpful. The paint was shaken and stirred and the sales person was very polite and helpful. I went back again yesterday and had a different sales person but with the same results was very helpful took the time to make sure that I was getting the product that I asked. The paint was shaken and stirred. I had a large discount for both products due to my history with the store, the product price for the quality was so inexpensive compared to any big box store. It was amazing and I'll continue to use Sherwin Williams as my paint store. If you use the store and sign up for discounts they will send you coupons to lower you Sharon Terantino

Sherwin-Williams paint is supposed to be a high quality product. It is not!They charge premium prices for paints that are low quality.I painted my house with their top grade (Emerald) paint, and the paint is just pealing right off. Their customer service is horrible!!! Sherwin-Williams is now to the point that they're just avoiding me and not returning my phone calls.

4/23/2023 - I got there a few minutes after they were supposed to open (10AM). Waited over 30 minutes before leaving, and the doors remained locked and didn't see any employees. A few other customers showed up while I was there and were also confused/frustrated. I tried calling a few times as well and never got an answer.

The folks who work at this store are so helpful and friendly. I will go out of the way to go to this particular store even though other Sherwin Williams paint stores are closer to my home

Had the best experience at this location! The manager and his staff went out of his way to match a wall color I needed for a few touch ups. I felt welcomed and very well taken care of. Would recommend anyone of all experience to check out and support this business. 10/10

Me and my partner came into Sherwin-Williams today perplexed and directionless. Upon entrance, Nolan took us under his wing and was with us every step of the way while deciding what we needed for refinishing our piece of furniture. I was given 10% off my purchase for signing up for the membership. I would have never known about this amazing deal if Nolan had not told me of such a steal. I will definitely be frequenting this Sherwin-Williams from now on because of Nolan's kindness.

Walked in to get a sample and (understandably) they didn’t have sample sizes during this time with supply chain issues. But the gentlemen helping us was absolutely outstanding and so helpful in explaining our options and the differences. He also was very informative on what our contractor may use and was honest in his recommendations.Great service. Kudos to the store employee
