Do NOT spend your hard earned money at this Sherwin-Williams, as they:
a. do not install floors properly
b. their installers are not properly supervised
c. they do not stand behind the product they sell, nor their craftsmanship
After paying this Sherwin-Williams many thousands of dollars to have a floor installed, multiple defects immediately began popping up. Despite notifying management, and multiple attempt’s to contact them since, crickets…really poor customer service and product.
ie., issues a consumer does not expect when purchasing an industry leader Shaw product, nor when paying a premium to have a commercially respected company like the Sherwin-Williams Company install their flooring.

My rental community are only using this vendor to stay within their home warrenty. Absolutely terrible with communication and scheduling. I took of a day of work when we finally got a date that worked on my schedule to fix the issue the home builder created and then I found out days before that this company "didn't lock in the date scheduled" even though the date was clearly agreed upon causing the already horrendous wait times to push even further out. At this point it will take over a month to figure out a little floor repair.
Never recommended unless you enjoy bad customer service and unclear scheduling.

This place is an absolute joke. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The lack of accountability, dependability and customer are disgraceful. They came out Monday morning to swap out carpet in the master bedroom. I asked the guy if I needed to slide my bed out of the room and he said yes. I said give me a second and let me go move it. As soon as I get to the top of the steps he rings the doorbell and asks if he can come back in 2 hours. I'm not sure why but I said fine, my mistake. He never came back and when I called in the older Hispanic lady was no help. She had no clue who came to my house and said they could not come back until Friday. I told her I can't wait until Friday and need this done sooner. After asking to speak with the operations manager she called me back and said they would be out Wednesday morning. So here we are on Wednesday afternoon, no one showed this morning. I call in at 9am and the same lady says she has me scheduled for Friday. I explain to her who I am and that she personally had contacted me and told me they would be here today. She states that no one can come today and that her operations manager will contact me to discuss. 4 hours later I call in at 1:15. She answers again and said he went to lunch at 1:15 and would be back in an hour. I said I need to speak with him and she says why, I told you we can come out today.Do no use this location. They are awful and lack any communication skills what so ever.

Extremely poor follow through. Our business uses them for our flooring needs for an apartment community. We had several units scheduled for repair/replacements after some flooding. They were supposed to be here this morning, but we found out that they arrived and left at 10:00 because “no one was here”. Our office opens at 9:00, and we didn’t get a single phone call from them. They returned 2 hours before our office closes, and they only had 2 of the 6 rooms scheduled for today on their list!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have no-showed on us THREE TIMES! Never apologize, then lie and say they had us on the schedule another day. Have taken multiple days off work waiting for them to not show up. They are only supposed to be fixing minor problems; I can't imagine having them do anything major. Very disappointed how little respect they have for their customers time. Do yourself a favor and use someone who will actually show up, and on the right day.
