I visited the store today to purchase paint for my home. I was greeted with a warm hello as soon as I entered the store and received assistance immediately by Tammy. I did not have the name of the paint color but I had the color match information. She was able to color match the paint that I needed within seconds. While she was getting my paint two other employees greeted me as well. All of the employees were friendly and outgoing. The store was clean and neat. I had a great experience.

Walked into the store earlier today with only 1 other customer already being helped, never acknowledged by either of the staff working at the counter. I'm good with giving customers time to look at paints if that's the standard process, however we noriced customers coming in after us were immediately acknowledged and asked what they needed. After 20 minutes of looking at paints and never getting assistance we eneded up leaving. I guess no paint for us today ☹️???

I was just at the Cumberland Hown Depot and they had a lot of different light bulbs on clearance and it looks like whoever put them there just piled them on a shelf with a yellow clearance label stuck to the shelves. When I got to the check out they rang up with the wrong price, I told the cashier how much they were and I was told to go back to where I found them and take a picture of the label. I was an the way back , I thought to myself why am I doing an associates job. So I went back and the cashier refused to reduce the price. I went ahead and put the items I did purchase in my truck and went back in. Just happened the I guess an assistant manager was in that spot and asked for help and she told me there were 2 people in electrical down the isle. I asked her to help me and explained the situation and she said the cashier should have given me the price I told her, I told her that was not going to happen. It's like I was in the way of here day. I worked at home depot many years ago and the way customers are treated now is absolutely ridiculous, the attitude that is taking over the stores makes me want to avoid all Home Depots at all cost.I would rather go to Ace Hardware and pay alittle more than deal with all attitude and pissed off workers that knew what they were getting into when they applied for a job there.More than likely no one cares about my opinion, but get enough of me and the bottom line will start to show.

I have been to countless Sherwins (I am a scenic artist for theaters and attractions in the Atlanta area) and this one is by far one of my favorites to work with. Each employee is always friendly and they have gone the extra mile a few times in order to help me out on specific, unique orders. If I'm having difficulty with another location or they don't have what I need in stock, I always revert to this store and they will take care of you!

I just called to ask if they had a particular type of paint and that I needed it for my front door. The person on the phone was not at all helpful and you could tell she was to busy to be bothered. I guess I will just go to another store that is more helpful.

I bought a relatively new home in the area but we wanted to refresh our paint. With only a paint label in hand Brandon did a deep dive to identify our interior and exterior colors, giving us a print out and swatches, making it so easy for us to identify what we need. Thanks to you and your team at this location for being knowledgeable and helpful!

I walked into the store (the door beeped over the intercom) and to the counter, stood there and waited. There were about 6 people behind the counter doing things -- I get it, they were doing things. But no one said "we'll be with you in a minute", no one acknowledged me, no one seem to care. I had an almost empty can of their good paint in my hand, and I needed 3 more gallons. But I guess they didn't need the business. So after 5-10 minutes of being ignored and unacknowledged, I left that store, drove accross the street to Home Depot and got my paint there instead.

Waited for half an hour for them to look at a shelf and tell me they were out of the paint I was asking for. Horrible customer service and waste of my time. Everytime I have been in the store they are ridiculously understaffed, I wouldn’t waste your time.I’ll also note that they have signs saying masks are required. It was not enforced for patrons or by staff.
