Bad customer service as a matter of fact no customer service. I came to the front counter after looking around for about 15 minutes no one was in the store one lady came in the store complaining about something or other. I walk up to the counter and I asked this lady a question I asked had the shoes been worn because everyone knows what a warm shoe looks like at the bottom I understand people try shoes on in the store but those shoes are black at the bottom almost it was the last one left in my size I wanted them and she continued to say no they weren't worn or returned their 50% off they're 50% off they're 50% off okay I get that but if the shoes been worn then just say they've been worn.Can't even ask a question but you on the phone with the manager talking to customers like that so apparently they agreed with the bs that come out your mouth. The store was so empty the parking lot was empty so what was you so busy doing that you couldn't help me out? Just sorry!

I don't understand the negative reviews everytime I shop there the service is always great and they have always treated me well the prices are fair and in my opinion they have a excellent selection of shoes!
