I Sandra Adams Have Anything But The Best When It Comes To Gina And King I Had The Worst Experience When My Truck Was Taken From Me My 2010 Chevrolet Avalanche Was Taken To Six West In Riverdale With Extensive Engine Harness Work 6 Months Ago I Am Very Confident This Job Will Get Done Just Have To Have Patient Because Gina And King Is Not Given Me That Truck Back Until Complete Because They Know The Truck Was In Top Rated Condition

Six West Auto Care has relocated to 6275 Highway 85, Suite A2 and B1, Riverdale Ga 30274This is my 3rd time visiting their shop for Oil Change, Schedule B Maintenance and for Transmission Assembly.My vehicle is under warranty and I my transmission went out unexpectedly. I am grateful to have Gina work with me in this process. I called everywhere to get this job done and most shops were back logged by 4-5 months with incredibly high labor rate and then I was referred to Six West.It still took a little long to get the job done but I appreciate the fact that Six West was communicative, forthcoming with updates, honest and transparent. My vehicle was worked on and returned back to me better than how I gave it. Since then I have referred two people to Six West and they are both appreciative for the great service this repair company has provided.In looking at the reviews, most of the excellent and a couple of not so excellent, it can be understood that not every customer may be pleased but one thing I can honestly say is that Six West goes beyond that standard of service to get your car repairs right and with great customer care and service.There was a couple of days where I needed an Uber to work and they took care of the cost for me. They did not have to do that and I appreciate them for that.Don't sleep on this shop. They attentive and worthy of your patronage. Thank you Six West for coming through.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! They had my car since July of 2023 just got it out 2 days ago…The person who handles this account likes to clap back on here, gaslight, put your personal business out, and have no accountability, WHICH IS HEAVILY unprofessional, but I have receipts: screenshots, text messages, recorded phone calls, the works SO IF ANYONE WANTS TO KNOW THE REAL EXPERIENCE HMU VIA EMAIL FOR THE RECEIPTS AND MY CALLS I’VE PUT PRIVATELY ON YOUTUBE… they told me that my vehicle after (four months) was going to be ready on October 5, (but by that time I had lost my job because I didn’t have my car to get back-and-forth andI was already struggling… )I had to start a new job, which required me to be out of town for a month when I got back and paid all of the wait and hold fees that they said I owed plus my deductible totaling 595.00 my car STILL WAS NOT READY their excuse was it was ready when we said it was ??♂️ it was just sitting here for three weeks and now we’re have find out what happened… THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME BACK THE MONEY I PAID FOR THE HOLDING FEE WITH THE EXCUSE THAT IT WAS READY BUT NEWER CARS DON’T DO THAT… they said it was my ecm and it had to go to the dealership so I asked which one and had it towed there it was not my ecm dealership stated the new engine was not placed in correctly… I just let them fix at Southtown Hyundai and I’m riding… DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME… also while I was there another guy showed up frustrated stated he was waiting for his vehicle for 3 months… ALSO ANYONE WITH BAD REVIEWS OF THIS BUSINESS PLEASE REACH OUT SO I CAN CREATE A TESTIMONIAL VIDEO TO POST FOR MY HOMIE WHO’S AN INFLUENCER… I want to send it to BBB, consumers, and few friends that are paralegals

NO YOU HAVE NOT MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE HANG UP AS SOON AS YOU HEAR THIS VOICEMAIL IMMEDIATELY PICK UP. This shop held my car knowing they couldn't perform the work and cost me thousands in rental and told me lies until REGINA THE OWNER TOLD ME I am not sure why he is calling. I am absent from the shop working in the field today. But I did relay your message with heavy discontent this morning. Honestly Ms. H. - I've been riding his ass about getting the teardown on your car for a few weeks now to the point of annoyance. We are simply backlogged on teardowns. The Mechanic keeps giving me dates on teardowns that keeps getting delayed because of the backlog on teardowns and this has been very impactful on my customer care process since I rely heavily on their communication to be forthcoming, accurate and active. The lack of has me in a bind with you. Just like you rely on me. I relay on the Mechanic and his team. I stand with you. You need to come get your car and nothing is standing in the way of that. Continue with your process Mam so you can get your relief and maybe there will be some relief in it for me as well. Thank you.TERRIBLE! They shouldn't be in business at all!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My car broke down at night and I had it towed to Six West Auto Care. They never updated their address online and my insurance towed it to the wrong lot because of it, which was discovered after they claimed they had my vehicle for 3 full business days. I gave them the full description of my vehicle and VIN number and they said they had it. I even paid them to do diagnostic, which they refunded. They didn't check the VIN number until the end of day 3 when they discovered they didn't have my car. Then they blamed me for the whole thing. The lady I dealt with was really rude and very unprofessional. Would not recommend

I would give 0 stars if possibly , i was told the work on my transmission would take 2-4 weeks , which was updated to 4 to 6 weeks and when 6 weeks was up my car still was not ready . Every call i made to the shop was declined or not answer and they would only communicate through text . When i asked about how long they were taking i was told that they cant he rushed but i should be be grateful for their courtesy cause this job is a big one and they pushed me up by weeks how did you push me up when you still took the whole 6 weeks and how you cant he rushed but you pushed me up . Doesnt make sense right. Anyways were pushing 7 weeks and i still dont have my car PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE .Service: Transmission

2016 Ford Escape - Delighted to have found this shop in Riverdale. Ms Regina and all of the mechanics were super nice and very very efficient. Highly recommend them for your car care needs.

I took my car here based on the reviews from Six West website but Reginia outsourced the work to Frank's Automotive Center. The experience was horrible and the quick service turned into a 3 day ordeal. Everyone from the mechanics, the owner Cabir and the cashier were rude and greedy. I took the car in for an alternator. They end up calling me about my radiator too, which they were not even asked to look at. Because I am an 60 year old woman, they scared me so bad about the radiator that I let them replace it too, just to get my car back. I didn't know anything about Frank's Automotive and would not have taken my car there. Regina should not have accepted my car at Six West if the shop was not able to repair it at their location. I am out of an additional $800 for a radiator that I probably didn't need. But what can you do when you are frightened into replacing it. When we finally went to pick up the car, it still wasn't ready. The cashier said she got off at 5:30 and the car would not be ready until 6pm. She wanted me to pay for the car before it was ready because she was leaving for the day, to go to her next job. She told me that no one else could cash me out and if I didn't pay in advance, I couldn't get my car until the next morning. WHO PAYS FOR SERVICE IN ADVANCE is what I said, especially when you might find something else to bill me for. My son waited around just to see if the rude young lady was being honest. He finally got the car at 6:30pm and the rude girl and Regina were still at the shop. Regina cashed me out and apologized about the unprofessional service but unfortunately this reflects on her and Six West. Do not take your car here because it will be outsourced to another shop and you will be robbed blind and treated badly as well. Regina offered coupons on future service, but I will NEVER take my car there again. If you really want to help, refund me on the radiator that you TERRIFIED me into replacing.

If you know me I am not quick to dish out a 5 star review but I can't let the service that Six West Auto Care gave go without attention.My car stalled on 75 S on my way to work and I checked Google for a repair shop near me. Several came up but Six West stood out. They sent a mobile mechanic on the fly, then a tow truck. They even took me to work. My vehicle needed an engine and two weeks later it was done! I am back on the road again.Thank you Six West Auto Care for saving the day!Service: Engine repair

They do an excellent job at Six West!! They have the best customer service that I have seen in this business. They took time to make sure everything was done correctly!!
