Love this store. Clean and easy to find whatever you’re looking for. Victoria was so helpful and even tracked us down after we accidentally left part of our purchase behind. Will definitely be back!

Just like many other shops around here the hookah tobacco is bootleg/ fake. I’ve smoked for 10+ years & know my flavor. I tried multiple times and it’s always fake be it Al fakher, fumari, or starbuzz. Sucks but hard to find real nowadays unless you buy from online sources.

Went to the store at midtown and someone named cooper was very rude and overcharged me was very unhelpful. I called to complain and they were very rude again. They said a manager would call me but no one has. Do not trust this store very shady business practices
