The Cascade location has been my go-to drive-thru smoothie spot since the new manager has taken over! The customer service is amazing, and they provide consistent quality products! I highly recommend the Cascade or Camp Creek location.

I had given up on this location, but stopped on a whim. It is under new management apparently because everyone was friendly, they got my order right, and I didn't have to wait the usual 30 minutes. I have to make a trip back in the next few days to make sure it wasn't all a mirage cause this was truly the exact opposite of the experience I had a few months ago. I even got some good suggestions from the shift manager on changing up my regular order. I'm totally impressed. Fingers-crossed the new management stays consistent cause I'm ready to go back to being a regular! LOL

This is one of the worst smoothie Kings you can go to. The service there is horrible. The workers seem to have an attitude and talk to you real crazy. The food is ok but the service and professionalism is God awful.

Worst smoothie king ever !! Don’t waste your time going. The customer service is horrible. I place a mobile order and tried to pick it up in the drive thru. They claiming that their closed for “construction”, So I left. I called the store so they can cancel my mobile order and they acting like they can’t hear over the phone. So I called again and finally somebody with proper common sense told me that they were never closed and I can come get my order. Note to manager stop hiring immature children who will get your store permanently closed.

Waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes, a truck in front trying to order. I left because there was no movement. And the door was gated so I could not go in and order.Ridiculous.

The store is "open". I pre-ordered via Smoothie King app and proceeded to pick up order. Lights are on, store sign says open but nobody is here. I called store number 4x but nobody picks up. This has happened on multiple occasions at this store. Given the years of multiple bad review this Atlanta Cascade Smoothie King location should be shut down immediately as it tarnishs Cascade and Smoothie King.

Kind of weird to go to this location at 7:20 when they close at 9 and no one is in the building or at the drive thru, with no note or anything explaining why no one is there! I give this location multiple chances but I am disappointed every time.

If it was a zero stars I would put that , this is sad we have to do better people, I came to this smoothie king and forme to not get served because I haven’t placed a online order or have exact cash is insane , then the other time I came up here they locked the inside and said drive through only… the system is flawed and I’m disappointed ?

I never write reviews but this location is terrible. This location has poor customer service. The inside of the store is always closed DURING business hours. They never put up a sign to tell customers if/why the store is closed. The employees will just stare at you as you attempt to open the door. After I realize the store is closed, i’ll try and go through the drive thru just for them to say they’re only taking online orders. This has happened numerous times. Today, the inside and drive thru were closed with no explanation. I tried to beep the horn to get the employees attention, and they just ignored me. They do not appreciate their customers, as they make customers feel like a burden. Management needs to work on this!

Worst SMOOTHIE EVER!!!!!! I didn't taste it until I was in my car and driving off. If I didn't have an appointment to go to I would have turned around to demand a replacement. I believe the clerk used water as a base. It was like sipping colored, sugar-free, blended ice.

Wonderful first experience at this smoothie king. The staff today were incredibly friendly and swift at making our smoothies. The smell was a little strange and the floor was a little sticky but it was an enjoyable experience and the smoothie is AMAZING:)

They may get your order right about half the time. However, be prepared to wait an extra 30 min to an hour after you arrive to get your order even made. The order was placed online through the app an hour in advance. Please get them some staff, one person should not be running this place alone. The staff do not want to even be at work, and rightfully so.You're better off just driving to another location. Even the drive-through takes more than 25 min on average.
