Avoid this store!
My wife was picking out her purchases and rudely told to step aside by a staff member helping a customer. We waited patiently while the staff member looked unsuccessfully for a bra size. We then were left waiting indefinitely to check out with multiple items finally left behind. The staff is incompetent and rude.

I visited 10/12/2024. My first time being in there and just WOW. Amazing customer service. Just soooo helpful, patient, and sweet!!! I asked A LOT of questions and never felt like they got annoyed. Nichole and Janell (I hope I spelled her name right) helped me. Amazing women!!

I have been trying to reach out to the store all afternoon. Every time, someone picks up and either leaves the phone unanswered while I hear all the noise in the background until I hung up, or picks up and hangs up within 10 secs (I can hear people talk in the back, just not to me). I wouldn’t mind holding if they asked me to but this is just disrespectful. Terrible customer service!

There is one lady who works there who I love!!!! She has great customer service, she's patient and kind and now I've changed from visiting the location close to me to this location because of her and this location always has my size in everything.

The employees are the biggest thieves I've ever seen in my life. For three months and employee ripped a new hole in the store. Duffle bags full packed up and ready to leave the state and they never knew. And tries to make me the escape goat. Even the little manager that's there was in on it. At the hotel that one of the employees live at she showed up there to get her cut. I hope that they can find dependable people cause if not that location is in trouble.

I am 5 weeks postpartum and I needed a bra since my boobs are larger due to breastfeeding. I was over the usual Victoria secret bras. I was greeted with a warm welcome and a authentic smile. I had my son with me so I was a little Nervous about the service I was going to get. Cynthia was the person that assisted me. I explain and show her my boobs was hanging out of my bra and it was uncomfortable. She led me to the dressing room area and gave me the biggest one since I had my son with me. I let her know I needed to be fit and she made me feel really good. I have tons of extra skin and she didn't make it feel awkward. Cynthia didn't mind helping me try on all types of bras and sizes . After 20 mins I was able to find the perfect full coverage bra. I left out with 4 new bras and this is one happy momma !

I am a post -mastectomy patient, and Diep Reconstruction. Total body change. NONE of my bras fit again, None. Soma was recommended by fellow patients to go for best fit for bras.
