Just left this location. I was in the store for a solid 15 minutes and NO ONE acknowledged me. However, I know I was being racially profiled because every Caucasian person that walked in after me not only got greeted, but also was told about the current specials. You only have to show me once that my coins aren’t welcome at your establishment.

my sister and i came in to get fitted and had an AMAZING experience with emily. i am in my late 20s, my sister in her early 30s and neither of us have been properly fitted or worn the right size pretty much since we've been wearing bras. emily spent almost an hour with us bringing us different bras and helping us find the best. when she measured us and told us our sizes, we thought she was exaggerating until we tried them on; but emily knows exactly what she's talking about.
we both feel our posture is better, we feel more comfortable, and before today just never really understood the importance of a well fitted bra. their discounts you couldn't beat and the checkout experience was very smooth. i left with 3 bras, my sister with 2 and we are EXTREMELY happy. we absolutely will be back! thank you so much emily and soma ❤️

I wanted to share my experience during a recent visit to your store, which unfortunately fell short of my expectations.
When I walked into the store, I was not greeted upon arrival. I casually browsed as I needed to make an immediate purchase before going out of town the next morning. At one point, I thought I heard a staff member say hello, but she did not indicate whether she would assist me once she finished helping another customer or invite me to ask for help. When the other customer left, she walked away without checking if I needed assistance.
I even stepped outside the store to take a phone call, and when I returned, I still received no assistance. Feeling neglected due to the poor customer service, I decided to leave without making a purchase.
I hope this feedback is helpful as you work on improving the shopping experience for your customers.

I only leave reviews on google when I receive exceptional service! Keena and Simone assisted me. Keena looked at me and figured out my exact bra size.

I will forever recommend this Soma to any woman. I haven't been bra shopping in years and so I went into this blindly. Emily walked me through everything - how things should fit, feel, what works, doesn't, etc. She was so helpful! This will now be my go to place. Thanks for everything Emily!

I came in today to exchange a couple of bras that I had recently purchased while visiting Florida for better alternatives. Kenna helped me, and she was so good I felt the need to leave her a review. Not only was she very welcoming, but she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of specific bras that would be good for me. She measured me perfectly and helped me choose which bras to purchase. I don’t normally go out of my way too often to leave reviews, but Kenna exceeded my expectations so much that I felt it necessary to do so. 11/10 customer service. Thank you, Kenna!

Terrible customer service. My wife arrived to receive my order on 12/10 at 12:30pm and the manager quote on quote told her “you’re making this way more difficult than it needs to be.” She was just there to pick up her online order…

I visited this location on Sunday. I'm so glad that I stopped by. I interacted with the district manager Emily who was extremely personable, passionate and patient with me. Emily didn't over talk me and actually listened to what I needed in a bra. I ended up leaving with three bras. One for rest, one for play and one for work.
