I realize I have never liked Sonics I once got a green hot dog, No it was not St Patricks day. Since then yuck I tried a hickory chicken rap it was too spicy hot. Ha mu son likes it at rare times so I give it a star.

We were able to go through the drive through without waiting !! And the customer service was great the woman serving was so polite and smiling which I often don’t see anymore at fast food places!! Had a great experience

The location is hit or miss but lately was good. However, in drive through the manager was working the window and came out to get my credit card while in line. I had this situation in past and usually they come back with the card and receipt, and it speeds up the window delivery. The car moved ahead of me and I ended up at the window before handing my receipt and card back to me. She handed me my food and receipt and I asked for my credit card. She said, oh I already gave it to you. NO, you did not. She claimed oh, are you sure, I said yes, 100% positive you have my card. Oh, I'm sorry I must have given your card to the person in front of you, I'm so sorry. Let me take your name and number and I will call you if they come back with your card. Freaked out, but actually believing her, I thought, hmmm, let me immediately cancel my card. After immediately cancelling my card through the bank, I got a fraud alert from Family Dollar for over $400, then $150, then a Wing place for $1.75 with 15 minutes!! She skimmed my card !! Avoid this location and/or pay online first, do not hand them your card!! I contacted police.

The hours are wrong. Tried going at 10pm and they said they were closed. The lights are on and I just saw a customer leave, but when I reach the ordering box they said they close at 7?

They took my card inside, overcharged for my meal and then charged me for someone else's entire order. Avoid this place.

Terrible had the line waiting over 30 mins just to take orders. Then proceeded to say that out of shakes and chicken. Worst experience ever. Never coming back to this

Maaaan ... where do I begin. The young lady that took our order doesn't listen well. We get to the window, the young man's customer service was NONEXISTENT!! He hands us our food in just a box, no bag, and closes the window and walks away. We had no napkins, no forks and not the ranch we asked for. I asked for a strawberry slush with extra flavor. Did I get it ? Nope ... my husband asked for a blue raspberry slush. When it was given to him, it was white, no flavor until he got to the bottom and realized no one mixed it ? ... when we asked for forks, he gave us spoons and said "we ain't got no forks" ... boy oh boy. First and last visit. Shut this place down

Came in doing breakfast time. The time is 9:26. I pulled up to the order. I pay for my order and the lady left the register and and I supposed to get changed back. She closed the window on me and they're not very friendly. Here they very rude. Seem like I didn't know where she was going with my money ain't know she was getting my change back. I ordered a hot dog and all the American and a free a lemon freezer. She said that the they had to wait till the freezer machine work and I said how long that's going to take. She said it should be fast. I turn it on when you came here. I don't understand already be on and she wouldn't give me the exact time of how long I have to wait. Just close the window back in my face. Definitely not a place I will order food. only ice cream and maybe frosty's. The hot dog was cold. It's it's pre-cooked but it was cold and it was bad.

Oh, NO!We thought we had a simple order. My brother didn't get the right thing. His was supposed to be on Texas toast, He got a burger. Mine was supposed to be a hot dog with chili & cheese. I got one with onion and relish, two things I will NOT eat. Thank goodness the nephews' were right!On top of that, the tater tots were cold, and I couldn't get a shake, they didn't have ice cream!

Tried it twice and it’s taking forever. Speaker doesn’t work great, you feel misunderstood, pressured and then you feel like you are waiting for a liver transplant rather than food ? for real, waiting time is intense. I avoid going there..

I won't mention the greeting over the intercom. I will say that if change is not available, it should be advised before payment is taken. I had given cash to the person and instead giving me change, I received nothing. When I asked, they said, "I don't have that amount to give back". I asked them why they didn't say anything, they said, "oh I thought I did". On top of that my medium popcorn chicken was half full. I'm not sure why the service has gone down this bad but it needs much improvement.

This Sonic has new management that has changed my expectations in a positive way. The customer service is awesome. The food is always hot.
