I worked my tail off at this place and even worked all schedule ot, tried to take sometime off to go on a annual family vacation and they fired me. Yea Upper Management including HR is ridiculously unprofessional and unpredictable. Don't work for these ppl if you don't' want to be a slave.

You're better off working somewhere else for min wage. When the pay is good that's when they treat you like trash especially at this pos. The supervisor (satterfield) shows favoritism to all of her older employees. The manager(shelton) only cares about her live in boyfriend that is also the IT guy. Do not apply here. Trust me.

I came here for an interview. The business is hidden and difficult to find. As for the employees I interviewed with, they were very friendly and courteous. The interview went well, but unfortunately did not work out for my needs.

Horrible place to work!!! They don't care at all about the employees or they're need to take care of their families. Management spreads your business to others that aren't in direct supervision of you or that have a need to know. They show favoritism to those that buy them things. Lol it's crazy. You will work like a dog and constantly be threatened to lose your job. They will write you up for exceeding goals. Who ever heard of something like that? Crazy people.

They are DEFINITELY committing fraud via the GI contract by charging patients that need home care $19-$20/hr for a nurse to come to their homes, but actually paying the nurses $10/hr. The people they have working the contracts know this and don't report it because it's job security (they make $18/hr). They create invoices for insurance companies on behalf of hospitals (a job that should pay $22/hr.) and pay thier employees $11.50/hr. They commit insurance fraud by double posting to patient accounts in order to get the insurance companies to pay out double for one claim and take the extra money from one of the double claims for themselves while giving the other double claim to the hospitals.

Worse job I ever had the misfortune of having in all my years on this Earth, and I've worked for McDonalds. They use your PTO for the snow days that they are closed for. They write you up twice if you try leave on a day your PTO should have covered had they not used it for the snow days that they were closed. One write up is for not showing up to work and he second write up is for willfully not showing up for work because you 'should've know you didn't have enough PTO'. The management is a bunch of ghetto trashy black women that can't get or keep a black man to help them take care of their kids from other black men, so they date the white guys that work there instead. Run!

This was one of the most horrible job experiences I've EVER had. The leaders & upper management are all very unprofessional. You'll feel like you're in middle school because if they feel you're too loud, they'll move your seat. The job I was apart of was based off of quality & production. If you look closely , the trainers will give the people they know leads on how to exceed everyone else. The pay is pretty good but it's SUPER ghetto so if you have a touch of class, don't apply here because during my time on my assignment, even in HR, i didn't meet one person who could speak correct English ! It's like crabs in a bucket , you can't grow here in such an unstable environment!

Horrible place to work. A bunch of under educated people with horrible attitudes, poor grammar, and deplorable leadership skills. Education and experience is not a plus here.

The phone number posted leads to nowhere. I was told to send my medical reimbursement forms to this location, and have yet to receive any calls, e-mails, or update in my insurance account. It's been over a week since it was delivered. I called the phone number posted and it rings for two minutes then hangs itself up. this is supposed to be with united health care and it's going nowhere. This place is no help, does not care about it's customers. I will change my review if I get contacted and help for personal information that was sent to this location as I was directed to do so by my insurance provider. Otherwise this review will stay on here, as I am very upset about this customer service.
