Store Manager Viondi and Miss Destiny took extra time and care touring me through the very nice, clean and well lit storage facility. And even advising me on the best size to choose considering my stuff. The location was perfect and the prices were better than every other place in the area. Wow, going there to get storage space was a great decision!

This facility uses its month-to-month rental rates to bait and switch customers. Not once, but TWICE in the last year I have rented a unit for an agreed upon rate AND in the middle of the second month I received a notice that the rental rate would increase by more than 25% in the third month. While this is clearly legal per the terms of the contract, after seeing them do this BOTH times I rented from them I advise folks to stay far away from these guys. The business model is clearly a bait and switch: they lure you in with a reasonable rate and then once you’ve filled a unit with stuff they raise the rate by 25-30% and call it a “market adjustment.” Don’t fall for it - go somewhere else.All of the positive reviews here reflect the quality of the facility: it is clean and the staff are friendly. But the pricing structure is predatory, a reality that all these “I just rents the unit yesterday” reviews do not reflect. Beware.

I’m not sure who the guy was working in the front today, but his customer service was very good. He walked me through the entire storage and let me choose what was best fit for me. He was very patient.
