My son is the only toddler I know who loves his shoes. The knowledgable staff at Sprong always help us choose shoes that are not only cute and the correct size, but are also the right shape and support for his unique feet. They even take into account our family's needs (for instance, we need washable shoes so my son can enjoy painting at school) and my child's progress toward movement milestones.I can't thank the team at Sprong enough for their patience and expertise. We're so thrilled with every purchase we've made at Sprong.

I have shopped here many times and pre-ordered shoes here as well. One day I received a call from the manager stating that a purchase of mine from five months ago was showing as a reversal on their books when they went to close out. Then she gave me the name listed (a name I did not recognize) and that it happened in the middle of the night. My husband looked at our credit card statement and found we were charged the amount. The manager stated sometimes people can use Apple pay and some how reverse it to get a refund. First of all, I didn’t use Apple Pay. Secondly, it sounded as if an employee or someone else had returned the item in their system to get the money. In any case, it was not us. She ended the call by saying, “We are still welcome to shop in her store.” As if we were the criminals…It happened about a year ago and it never set well with me. I will never step foot in this store again. Which is a shame as they have a nice selection, but I will take my business elsewhere.

Be advised we tried this store twice now and the people were so rude we will never return. It’s a children’s store for God’s sake, I think they are in the wrong business.

Shopping at Sprong is such a great experience! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Every time we go into the store, they have exactly what we need and are quick to get my son fitted in the best shoe for him. I highly recommend getting kids shoes here!!

Great shoes. Great sales. Love the sales rep with red hair....other employees leave some customer service to be desired. It is what it is. Definitely a staple for us with our children's shoes.

The ladies that work here are so rude and shouldn’t be working in a “children’s shoe store”. They’re very short and seem impatient. We won’t be back!

My gracious they have the most unfriendly employees!!! They are so grumpy. Let's also not forget the two decent sized signs in the store that say 'no whining'. Seriously? What an absurd sign to put up in a kids store!!! Never again.

I always have a great time shopping here! Their selection is amazing - as a boy mom it can sometimes be tough but they have plenty of options - and their staff is friendly and knowledgeable! I will certainly be back. Thanks for helping me find the perfect fall shoes!

Rather than spending hours online shopping, stressing out, and not really knowing if the shoe will fit your baby, y'all need to go here!! The lady measured my 1 year old's foot and knew exactly what size she needed in each shoe we tried on- bc y'all know every brand and style fits different! Highly recommend and will be returning! Also this shopping center is in a great location! Lots of other local shops & restaurants. :)

I’ve been in this store several times and while the shoes are adorable, I believe the sales associates get promotions for how rude they can be to customers. I always try and shop at small businesses especially since Covid but their haughty attitudes make me just want to find sales online. I always seem to walk away from this shopping experience feeling bewildered at how I was spoken to and treated.

I’ve been going to this store for almost 7 years now. Every time, I hold my breath and have to psych myself up. There’s only been one sales person who has been somewhat friendly, but even at that she doesn’t seem to appreciate a repeat customer. They have a great selection of shoes and accessories, a strict return/exchange policy, and when they have a sale, there are always good deals. I wish they had more of an online platform to buy online so you wouldn’t have to interface with the sales people. They had a new face in there today and I was ready to buy several pairs, but just threw in the towel and walked away with 3 pairs for two girls. Buyer beware! They have cute shoes, but you need thick skin to navigate shopping there!

My son has to wear ankle SMOs so we were in desperate need of a shoe shop to measure his feet and find wide, deep shoes that would accommodate the braces. We were welcomed upon arrival, but had to wait a little bit for service as the staff were working with other clients. No problem. My son surprisingly did very well at being measured. The staff brought us various shoes for us to try on. They even recommended a pair that was on clearance - we bought two pair so that he had a pair to grow into. Regular prices are a bit high, but on par with what we would have paid regularly on Amazon. Partner wants to go back to get him resized and find new shoes.

Hi y'all. I drive from Alpharetta to Buckhead to support this small business. No more. I will no longer drive 45 mins to a shop where the OWNER jumps all over me when I ask politely when a shoe will be in stock. Sorry you're having supply chain issues but you'll no longer have me (with my kids in tow) to take it out on. I had never read your reviews but it looks like treating your customers like crap is catching up to you. Fortunately I can buy Cientas, Footmates and everything I need on Amazon. See ya Sprong!
