My experience with Standard Press has been a nightmare. Maybe I don't understand the services offered at Standard Press, but they represented themselves as a full service printing operation handling the layout of jobs like work order forms and business cards. Even handed a logo and contact information, they couldn't layout anything like a business card and looked dumbfounded when asked if they would use the proof as a business card themselves. They didn't even use the contact's name that goes on the card! "How are we supposed to know what you want, " is what I was told. Well...a business card with the company logo, contact name, and contact info...like a business card. And why would something as standard as a business card take over two weeks to get two horrible proofs (the second proof didn't even have the logo and company name anywhere aligned together). Horrible incompetence and dissociation from the needs of the customer needing printing work. Maybe they do have great presses etc. as another reviewer said, but I feel they were pricey and you better have something "print ready" for them or they'll cut and paste your copy with no layout, typesetting, or making the copy work on the page. I thought they were the "full service" printer, not me.

Standard Press rose to a last minute challenge and got me and my team out a jam with a client. They were helpful, supportive and worked really hard to meet a super tight deadline. Thanks guys!

I've used other printers in the area, but no one has impressed me more overall then these guys. They have the latest in digital presses and can handle any job large or small efficiently, on-time and within budget. I've dealt with the same rep Keith Tinsley since 2001, and in that amount of time, every job went smoothly and printed beautifully! Keith knows the business inside and out, and he's extremely helpful in recommending the best options to fit your budget and achieve the best look. From start to finish, he makes sure your experience is one of top notch.
