I ordered a drink thru drive thru and specifically asked for two things. The receipt even said ASK ME so that the maker would know to ask the cashier what was needed. It was extremely too hot to taste let alone hold. It tasted like hot water with a hint of flavoring. I was already 15 minutes out and had a 30 minute appointment. I called and said I'd be there in an hour. No one on phone or at the store apologized or offered me anything for my inconvenience of having to travel all the way back to correct a drink from over an hour ago. The cashier overheard and just smiled. I felt like they treated me as if it wasn't a problem. This is not the first time.

The employees at this location are great. Fast service, they smile and engage appropriately. I have never had a problem here and I’ve always had hot coffee made fresh along with the usual bakery items available.

I ordered two lattes and they were basically hot water with cream. Owful, I don’t know who in the right mind serve people a drink like that. I will never go to that store ever again!

Probably the worst starbucks I go to. It’s convenient for me because it’s by my work and school, but they are just awful at getting orders done within a reasonable amount of time. They are frequently getting orders wrong (mine and other customers I’ve seen) and taking SOO long to correct their mistakes. Today, I waited fifteen minutes (past the time they said it would be ready) for a mobile order of a sandwich. A sandwich. They ended up getting it wrong and made me wait longer. I regret coming to this location and wasting my time when I had an appointment. I know this review won’t do much, but I thought I’d give my two cents. There are better locations to spend your time on. These guys just don’t have their priorities straight. The customer comes second here.

Hi my name is Lia. And this location is my favorite Starbucks to come to!! I never go anywhere else but this location. The whole staff is my favorite. Everyone is so welcoming, so sweet, kind, very friendly. They greet me by my name right away. And my drink, omggggggggggg it's always perfectionist!!!! IF I do go to other locations, trust me the drinks are good however...... their customer service sucks!! But this location forever my fav.... Pay the stuff more money because if they go, I can't come no more. The staff is why I return the bonus is the lattes ☕ ?

Danielle was friendly and made sure I got exactly what I ordered. Service here is fast and location is wonderful with a big parking lot beside it . I like the patio in the shade on a nice sunny day .

Long lines and usually (too) busy between 6am to 10am, but I always get my order right. Nice customer service.

I enjoy my experience at this location. Barista kindly fixed my drink after a small mistake and was very understanding and made it even better than I usually get it. I recommend this one over than the one on Cliftwood.

Great craftsmanship! The wait times are long but then again there's always a lot of people here, overall great drink quality though. Baristas are very kind.
