This is a horribly designed store that appears to be App Orders or mobile order only. My Starbucks app has had issues and couldn’t order from the mobile app even though I put the exact address in. Since we’d never been to this location before, I walked in to the small store and not one employee even looked up. Then we were trapped in the parking lot line for 15 minutes. Poorly designed store and terrible customer service. By the way, once we did turn around, we went down Cheshire Bridge to cut through and the entire road is closed off. Avoid this store!

I was reminded that this location was no seating, allowed and was asked to leave before I could even put sugar in my coffee. The young lady was very rude and even when I said, have a great day, she said some smart

This is my go to Starbucks in the AM.I’m not really into their coffee; but instead the fruit& cheese box.It’s always fresh & I think it’s a good value for what it is!

They are a drive through only store. You can go in for app purchases pick up, however, the drive through line is SO LONG you still have to wait to get in to park and then get out. The space has not been well planned.

I usually love this Starbucks but today not so much…I accidentally sent my order to the wrong Starbucks and I called that store and cancelled the order meanwhile I had my friend go get my drink because I was at work. I have done this before in the past and the drink was still honored as long as I had the receipt and it showed I bought the drink. My friend came to my job and told me she paid for the drink because the barista said the date was not current. I think the baristas need to slow down and read the receipts because she assumed I was trying to scam them because per her “it was definitely the wrong date”, and mentioned that it was happening often in that Starbucks when I tried to explain that it was a star drink to her the barista and that I could prove the drink was free she just directed me to the customer service line which was fine but the lack of customer service and understanding this barista had was ridiculous and she was rude and called me a liar which honestly was the worst part. I spend too much money on Starbucks and just because someone else scammed there store does not make it acceptable to mistreat other customers based on a simple mistake that could have been handled so much differently if they would have slowed down and read but I will definitely never go back other than for my last free drink. Terrible and they were wrong I’m glad I got my money back. Y’all need better baristas because she wasn’t a good one and I will be calling the manager Taylor on Monday to make sure they understand how disrespectful that was to me and my friend.

Ordered online and sat in the drive-thru line for over 20mins. The employee at the drive-thru had an attitude and the location is very inconsistent with making an order! If it wasn't for Beth, I would've had a worse experience. It's always something with this location. I wish the Ansley park location wasn't closed.

This is one of my favorite locations. I’ve been faithful to the Starbucks’ brand for over 12 years. This team has been the most consistent. Laine is EXCEPTIONAL! Always friendly and hospitable . Unfortunately people are quick to say when things are bad but very slow to say when things are great. Myself included. I’ve been to this location for almost two years and this is my first review. Thank you all for the service you provide! It means a lot and is truly appreciated.

The staff here is extremely friendly, and it's my neighborhood Starbucks; however, I won't be ordering here any longer. They've transitioned to a drive-thru only model, so even though I typically order ahead, park, and swing in to get my mobile order, today I had to wait in line 20+ minutes behind all the cars that hadn't even ordered. From now on, I'll just drive 5 min to the Ansley location.

Moving to drive-thru only has to be the dumbest decision ever. The traffic is already bad in Atlanta, this location only adds to that issue. No dine in is one thing, but to not be able to pick up your item(s) and leave is crazy.The line is also slow as hell.

Sitting in line for 20-25 min at 10am is not fun. Also no way to get out. If you are that slow you need more employees. This is awful.

Unfortunately they closed this Starbucks for drive thru only and the line is always terribly long and super slow. Since it’s only drive thru now they need to hire more help. Allow yourself more time as you can’t turn around once you’ve entered the line.

Tough location for a quick pick up and can be a frustrating experience based on recent changes. Currently, It’s drive through only and doesn’t include a visible sign (except a small 8.5x11 piece of paper at the front door) to deter customers from parking to pick up mobile orders. Mobile pick up is not a faster option when it’s mixed with drive through only.
