Shopping & purchasing a policy 20 days prior to effective date ‘& paying in full, State Farm sent daily emails & US Mail, checking online there was no policy shown. Called agent Kevin Lee concerned, obviously detail information had not been entered into the computer system. Mr. Lee only wanted to argue my attitude was unwarranted. I told him I knew how to stop this unrelated paperwork, cancel the policy immediately. Days later, received IS Mail indicating “ Removal from Automatic Payment”. Making me unsure as to the status of policy coverage in a week.
Called their office this morning, spoke with Kathy, who professionally listened , checked the policy status, and updated the agency computer to reflect my policy , removing all non appropriate correspondence.
This agency had not entered specific information into the computer, generating continuous extraneous “junk” messaging. The agent Kevin Lee does not know how to listen , and wants to argue and did not address the issue. Placing this agency service status in grave question.

I recently shopped for home insurance and had a fantastic experience with my State Farm agent. Their team was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They provided a great home insurance quote that was competitive, clearly explained all my coverage options, and when I altered certain items they responded with a new quote in under 15 min. Highly recommend working with them!

Switching auto and homeowners' insurance between two providers could be a real hustle, as we all know very well. But this transition from Progressive to State Farm insurance, was almost pleasant experience! 😊
Ty was such a great help and so patient with me and treated me with so much respect and understanding, thank you so much! He put me on ease and walked me through the process really like a good neighbor!

I just signed with State Farm for my home and auto insurance. I had the pleasure of speaking with the most professional agent, Kevin Lee. He took very good care of me.
