I visited this place on Saturday and when I got there it was clean, the meat counter was VERY CLEAN AND STOCKED. THE STAFF IS VERY PLEASANT. THEY WERE RESPECTFUL AND THEY LOOK CLEAN AND READY TO WORK. LOTS OF SMILES ENGAGED IN CONVERSATION. I WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO PATRONIZE THIS RESTAURANT. Oh and did I tell you they were friendly.

Please do nor waste your time sandwich so thin. They are very stingy with meat and toppings. I will never go back. Shame on you. Shouldn't over charge your customers for a third of what they pay for.

The employees were not fully competent. The bread and fillings were not fresh. There was a fly in the vacinity of the sandwich fillings.Vegetarian options: Not much in the way of vegetarian options.

This is by far the worst Subway I have ever visited. On the app it said this particular location was participating in the BOGO which is buy one sub get one half off. When my dad asked the employee he said they had no specials. So I told my dad its ok. So mind you no one is in there so I assume he was making a online order. So another man comes in and the employee asks him what he would like although my dad and I was in line. This employee proceeded to start making another sub without saying a word. I just politely walked out. That explains why they are always empty when I go In Walmart. Good customer service goes a long way. I will wait 30 mins in line at Chick fila because they have superb customer service. But this particular subway i wouldnt stay in line 5 mins because they are trash.

Came in the day, during the pouring rain. Absolutely no customers. The first thing the girl yells at me as I’m walking in “Not taking anymore orders. Not for 20 minutes “, so I’m asking “for 20 minutes? Or none at all?”She just keep saying she’s not taking anymore orders. After reading these reviews… lol just sad. Pick a new job if you hate yours

Why is this location even open? Went by there today May 1st 2022 around 2:00. My husband asked for the Italian BLT and the guy who was working behind the counter clearly has no idea what went on the sandwich. We figured he was new so we cut him some slack and asked the lady he was working with if she could help him. She look up at us said yeah and went back to counting the tips. When she finally walked over she had her phone out, her headphones in and was complaining and cussing with somebody on the phone about the poor tips they were getting. After about five minutes of this, with her not helping this poor guy and the sandwich not even started, we told them to forget it and left! If you're not going to hire people who will actually work or have people there to train the new people then just shut your doors! There's no reason to be open if you're not even going to serve the customers!

4/17/2020 On Easter Sunday my sons and i went to this location to get food! I’ll Never visit this location again!! Worker was texting on his watch while making my sandwich and I asked him to change his glove.! The manager told me that they didn have to wear gloves to fix our food.! Georgia law she says! I asked her to show me.! She said no! She said they touch everything and make the sandwiches I told her she was absolutely correct.! So I decided to leave.! Once I walked away she continued to talk about the situation. Calling me all kind of disrespectful names.! And I walked back to her asked her what was her problem.. she told somebody to go get security in which I didn care.! It was the disrespect for me even after i told her she was correct! The place wasn’t cleaned the worker was unprofessional and so was the manager.! Awful experience and I’ll never visit here again!!

Absolutely awful. Before I could even approach the counter, one of the associates abruptly yelled at me that they were not serving customers. I will not be back.

This place is by the worst service ever!!! New worker was extremely slow which is understandable but don’t fix other peoples order while my steak n cheese that u just pulled out is just sitting right there next to my bread. She then goes to cut the bread for the person behind me and add their chicken to it and place it in the oven!!! Mind you my steak is still sitting out getting cold and not being made!!! I still didn’t get mad…what got me upset even more was when the so called other worker seemed like a wanna be manager named Ashly white girl w an attitude comes out to fix the persons behind me and the girl fixing my sandwich and is finally done i step up in line to pay and the girl asks me something I thought she asked if I wanted anything else, but then it dawned on me she was asking if I wanted my sandwich cut… I said oh yes cut in half… here comes the manager w a stank attitude talking to me saying “you ain’t gotta be rude lady she asked u a question!” First of all I wasn’t rude… but I very well can be! She then proceeds to give the lady behind me her sandwich for free and tells her to have a good day… (Walmart worker)… meanwhile the girl fixing my sandwich is still trying to open the bag to place my sandwich in!!! I will definitely be reporting this to corporate!!! Very rude and no gloves!!!!! Disgusting!!! I lost my appetite and I will never eat there again!!! Waste of money!!!

Two new workers. No mask, one keep saying ok love, and no gloves, broke green peppes with her hands. Poor habits. Didn't want to cause a scene. Will never buy from, this subway. Lady with the great hair cut, poor work habits. Business words, not hey love words, of indearment , to customers. Not at a bar. Dag ? nasty.

Everything about this place is disgusting and unprofessional. The so called “manager”, (her name is Kenyatta) is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. First I had to wait in line for 10 minutes, when I was the ONLY person in line, because the MANAGER and another employee were gossiping?? Then when she made my order, the manager did not have any gloves on. I asked her politely could she put on gloves as it was unsanitary and she started to argue with me saying her hands were clean and its not like she had been scrubbing toilets….EXTREMELY RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! Then once I actually saw my order, I found a BUG in my sub!!! I will NEVER GO TO this subway again and you shouldn’t either!
