Anna is Awesome! Came here after going to a different nail salon earlier that day where I got a terrible gel manicure, and was in desperate need of getting my nails redone. The previous spot did an awful job shaping my nails and the color was all off, with it bunching at the edges due to poor application. I made an appt with Anna and she fixed me right up. What I thought would be a gel removal and re-polish, turned into a better manicure and shaping than I had previously had that day, and the paint job was wonderful. Will definitely be going back to Sugarcoat, thanks Anna! (polish is a pretty neutral from OPI called Tiramisu For Two)

My experience here was absolutely amazing!
1- I made an appointment here SAME DAY!
2- I was about 45 mins late to my appointment and instead of cancelling on me they communicated very well and accommodated me!
3- I showed a picture of what I wanted and received just that!!!
4- they got me out here feeling like a bad bi$$$ ?????

I loved that we were able to make an appointment online! Our appointment was for two people and they seated them next to each other promptly. They ask everyone getting nails done to wash their hands first and I like that! They have a nice waiting area but the operation seems to run smoothly and there was rarely a wait. Seemed very clean and calm decor. It seems like most people coming in had an appointment. The nails turned out beautifully and almost exactly what they showed in the pictures they brought (better even). Will definitely return.

Consistently snotty customer service. Inconsistently good nail care. This is the closest nail salon to me, but I go out of my way to avoid them because of the customer service.

My favorite nail salon in Atlanta! Very comfortable and clean location without the antiseptic smell a lot of salons have. I’ve always had good experiences and enjoyed the results - my gel nails always last 2+ weeks. Every time I try a different salon I regret it - this is the place I keep coming back to.

Used to love this place. Went in today for a basic mani pedi after not being a customer for a couple years and it was probably the worst mani pedi I’ve ever had in my life. The technician was super rushed and careless, and the service itself was painful. I had to stop her a few times because she kept cutting me. Idk, used to be consistent, now just feels like a money grab

I’ve been coming here for a year. Before that I was not a nail person. Nancy changed my life. Love treating myself every three weeks and now plan what the next set will look like. This round is more subtle than usual! I recommend sugarcoat to my friends and to you.

I’ve been coming to Sugarcoat for a while and the service and my nails are always amazing! Nancy is the absolute BEST! She takes her time and gets the technique right but also gets me in and out. My nails don’t break like they used to before I was coming. The shop is clean, they are always welcoming and I love coming here. My daughter enjoys coming too!
