My Applepay accidentally double ordered my sunglasses. I tried to return one today and all I got was hassle. I had to result in shipping the package back to the company because this employee didn't care about helping me at all.

Don’t buy glasses here, the associates are rude, they tell you when you buy they if you need anything they stand behind there products, but they won’t even tighten a lose arm when you need help!My $325 Maui Jim’s (that I bought in this store) had a lose arm, the associate at the store downstairs tired to help but she didn’t have the right screw driver, but the rude Asian woman in the store upstairs said I’m sorry we don’t do that on the weekend you can walk to lense crafters (even though she had the piece to make the adjustment on the counter) ….just don’t go here you can find better customer service at Solace 10 stores down from this one, why pay the high price if they offer no customer service!

There are two sunglass huts in this mall and when I went one wasn't open but the other was. Not sure why there are two stores but there are. Staff were pleasant. I knew what I wanted and was in and out in around 10 minutes.

SirJarrette was extremely helpful and courteous during my experience at Sunglass Hut. I was greeted warmly and given various fashion tips while trying on multiple frames, all by SirJarrette. Besides being very professional and easy to talk to, SirJarrette also offered me insurance!!! Based off my previous experience at the other neighboring Sunglass Hut locations, I didnt know insurance was available since it wasn’t previously offered.

Victor (Vic) was beyond helpful in picking out the perfect pair of shades. He was patient and asked the right questions. He even helped me with with an exchange when I changed my mind. Great experience, highly recommend working with him.

I recently purchased two pair of Guccis sunglasses at the outlet store in Commerce GA and was assured I could return them to any Sunglass Hut store if I was dissatisfied. Well I tried to do that at the Marietta, GA store in Avenues at West Cobb and the sales associate refused to return the pair and insinuated that I stole the shades as they were not on my receipt. She was referring to the item number on the arm of the sunglasses and the item number on my receipt. I knew this experience was not going to go well upon entering the store as she was not pleasant when I walked in, and I had never been treated this way at a Sunglass Hut sore. Once she realized that the item numbers didn't match she immediately placed the sunglasses on the counter and told me to return them back to Commerce GA. That's not an easy task as the outlet is 2 hrs away from my home. This associate/store manager didn't attempt to do any type of problem solving as I assured her that I purchased both the sunglasses I was returning and the ones I was wearing from the Sunglass Hut. She IMMEDIATELY assumed that I was engaging in nefarious actions. I was absolutely appaled and offended and said so to her. She became offended, ordered me out of her store, threatening to call the police on me and she locked the door during store hours. To de-escalate the situation I went outside and called the store I purchased them, which she could have done. I reached Casey, whom I purchased the sunglasses from, she remembered me as we had a very pleasant shopping experience. She remembered my items purchased and proceeded to call the store to inform the associate on how to look up the item number for the Gucci sunglasses. Casey at the Commerce store cleared up the discrepancy. The associate at the Marietta store only unlocked the door because of Casey. Once I entered the store, she completed the return transaction with a scowl on her face and she didn't say one word to me when done. I left the store thanking Casey at the Commerce store for her assistance and assuring her that I will be back when I come thru Commerce to purchase more sunglasses from her. I will NEVER patronize the Marietta store ever again and will tell all of my neighbors and friends not to either. As the associates/managers are rude and discriminating. They made me feel devalued, paltry and discriminated against! I don't have to feel this way after i spent over $700 on one purchase. Ill take my hard earned money to a store like Commerce, GA that values and treats EVERY customer with respect and care.

I’m really surprised how much I enjoyed my visit to this store and how successful I was. I walked in just wanting to browse around. As I was checking things out there was a great sales person who showed me the ropes of how their store works. They have an interactive virtual screen where you can try on glasses without actually touching any frames. It’s all done virtually on a computer screen, and it works amazingly well! They have expensive glasses but also some very reasonably priced ones and great deals; so I bought a couple of pairs of glasses. I’m really happy with the outcome and actually had a fun time using their technology. I recommend you go and try their virtual set up. So smart during a pandemic where you don’t have to touch the glasses to see them on your face. The best use of technology in a retail setting I’ve ever seen.

The customer service sunglass hut at Lenox was truly amazing. Tanner helped us out in every way possible. His customer service is off the charts! We couldn’t be any more grateful with him and his customer service. Thank you Tanner for the amazing experience
