The tellers at this location are rude, offer extremely slow service and act as though they are doing you a favor. The branch manager is also rude. Do your self a favor and go down the street to the Chamblee location. They are kind and professional and quick. All the employees back there cars in here and take all of the front parking spots instead of parking on the side of the building.

I hope that I have the correct address to provide a review. Earlier this week, I needed to order new checks. The check printing company was too unwieldy to deal with. So, I wanted to speak to an American representative at Suntrust. I spoke to Jared. What a positive experience! It actually "made my day" to speak with him on my request. Jared was a wonderful southern gentleman. -Totally professional, charming and unfailingly patient. What a joy. In an era where true customer service is a rarity and Americans can be impossible/no longer available in which to do business, this was refreshing. Jared, you deserve to be positively recognized by your management.

This bank has been the biggest nightmare to work with. I purchased a vehicle a few years ago. All of a sudden, I get a call from a collector saying my payments are late. Never ever had this issue with anyone, ever. I tried calling the 800 number that they gave me and spoke to Kwan, who had no knowledge at all. I explained to him everything and he kept asking me "why can't I make the payment?" I asked him to listen to what I was saying and address the situation. He said "why can't I make the payment?" I asked for a supervisor and I was transferred to Whitney Branch. I left a VERY detailed message for her (maybe 2 minutes long), even provided her with a cell phone number and email in case I was unavailable. She called me back and left me a voice mail. The message said "This is Whitney call me back." Very basic. For the past, two days, I leave her a message with updates, and she returns them saying "this is Whitney, call me back." Apparently they do not have access to email. Okay. Today I called back and spoke to a Danica. Danica said I can leave her a message or she can leave one for her. What is the difference? She said there is a difference. I'm not sure what that was and she couldn't answer it. I said we have been playing phone tag for 3 days and keep leaving messages. What are our other options? Danica responds saying "you can end phone tag by answering your phone." Excuse me?!?! This is how you talk to your customers? I am shocked and appalled. She then hung up the phone on me. I called back and got the person with no brains, Quan. I asked him for a manager over Whitney and apparently I have to talk to Whitney to be transferred to them. Why is this process so complicated? Why is it such a mess? Why are even the supervisors impossible to get ahold of yet it is so easy for this company to get collections on a person? Hopefully someone that knows how to do their job and actually can help me answer some questions, can respond to this. Clearly the people in the call center only read what is on their monitor and know nothing else. Please refrain from using this bank. The agents need to go through training. They are horrible to deal with. It shouldn't take days to reach someone.

5 stars. The TEAM takes a genuine interest in each of their clients and works to provide solutions that help clients take a step toward financial confidence. They bring community bank feel through a large financial institution.

Sun Trust is the worst bank I have ever dealt with...the customer service is terrible.
