I went in today (08/13/2025) to ask for a wash, blowdry and a trim. Only to be told that by Michael, that he wasn't doing blow dries today and his blow dryer didn't work. Michael had the station at the front to the right. Also there were other blow dryers accessible. There was nobody waiting. Michael did have someone in his chair. Also, I didn't mind waiting until he finished. However, I was told to go across the street to another hair salon to get my hair washed, blow dried and trimmed. Only for me to go to another supercuts, where a young man named Bruce, was more than willing to wash, blowdry, and trim my hair as I asked for. I firmly believe that Michael turned me away. Because I was black. As the demographic of the majority of the people that go to supercuts are white or of another race that has straight hair. I found this extremely disturbing as I used to work for Super Cuts. I know that this is a service that they provide for everybody. No matter what race. Even more disturbing was the fact that this man was black as well. This was the poorest service I've ever received. I'm going into a place where I felt like I could get the service that I wanted. only to leave feeling as if the texture of my hair wasn't that good enough. This is a very sad day. Let me also make mention that bruce was very amazing. He did a wonderful haircut and a great job washing my hair. Let's also mention that Bruce is black as well. I don't want to make this racial but it is what it is. I'm just very disgusted.

I had not visited this salon for almost 2 years because I've been letting my hair grow from short to shoulder length. Luckily Sharon a stylist I had had a great experience with previously was there. She remembered me, she listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. Would definitely visit again!

The elder Chinese lady that works here at the Supercuts in Buckhead gives it a bad reputation. Everyone that works her is so friendly and welcoming except for her. The few times I been here, she was outside in front of the store yelling so loud on her phone for a long time. Today I came in to get a bob and she was the only one working there. I should have left but not knowing how sly she is I let her cut my hair. First of all, she cut my hair way shorter than the reference picture I showed her, and she layered my hair so short without asking me. She rushed through it and the moment I saw he snipping at my roots I told her to stop and she got angry with my saying that’s the hairstyle. This old lady is crazy and purposely tried to mess up my hair in the back inside thinking I wouldn’t notice. She’s an evil lady that tried to pull a fast one. She has very thin flimsy hair and she tried to sabotage my hair I’m so glad I was paying attention or it would’ve looked even worse. That lady shouldn’t be trusted I dont know what’s wrong with her she seems like she’s mentally ill. I hope she doesn’t work there for much longer.

It's my first time to Supercut today, but I guess it's my last time too. When I walked in there, both staff working there were friendly. But the guy who cut my hair was super fast. He got all done just within 5 minutes. There was only one client waiting when he was cutting my hair. Not sure if he did all clients that fast, for just me. When I got back home, I found the lines he cut my both sideburns were not even, lol. I guess this is one of the consequences when he was in such a rush.

Requested style: I have an ongoing relationship with my stylist as she takes me through various pixie styles. She always keeps my shape in check with my color and root length. ?
Stylist: Sharon is the BEST! She is so talented and always makes me smile! She keeps my short pixie feminine with her expertise.
