Food was great. Had some trouble with the register continuing to shut down while trying to check out. Cat was very helpful but the machine was struggling. Jazz then came out too and helped us get it all resolved. They were both awesome! Will definitely be back.

When visiting store the employees and food are great most of the time. However, online orders are wrong more often than not. If you try to call store to verify and ensure they do not repeat error for fourth time in a row automated phone system will have you chasing menu options that all lead to “No one can talk to you goto our webpage for additional help.” So my issue is mostly with the company. They have a bad ordering system that leads to errors. Therefore I am sure that led to many calls or store slowing employees down. So instead of fixing issue with ordering they blow customers off and block communication. I like their food. Unlikely to order anything delivery from them again. Horrible customer service from corporate.
Update: They responded with very corporate cookie cutter response to my review. They never ask what the issues with ordering is to be able to fix it, yet say they are happy for feedback? This sad non productive ai auto response from a company only proves my point that they truly do not care about their customers. Sad thing is I tried again today to order only to find ordering issue is still present. Moving on to a different company for dinner.
