It was two associates that helped me a male an female wish I got there names 2 had shoulder length locs an a young lady with a short hair cut I appreciate them so much an I used the main washer an it didn't do so good the 1st time an the young lady said we can see it didn't wash your car well so we'll wash it again on us. Those 2 we're so willing 2 help me thank you 4 being nice please recognize how loyal an good they are thanks y'all we will be back

??STOP??I strongly advise against choosing Swifty Car Wash for your vehicle needs. My recent encounter with them was beyond disappointing.If you value your vehicle, steer clear of Swifty Car Wash. They failed to address damages promptly, leaving me frustrated after filing a claim and enduring a lengthy 5-day wait, only to be told there was nothing they could do.This experience ranks as my worst customer service encounter, and I am compelled to share it to deter others from facing similar dissatisfaction. Save yourself the hassle, choose a car wash that values their customers and their vehicles. Swifty Car Wash is not worth your time or money.??Sorry, but I will NEVER return ???

They carwash scrap my hole hood of my car trunk and half wash it and it’s a brand new car off the lot never been wash before

Quick wash. As you pull through the automated car wash, there there places to park and self - vacuum / spray bottles to clean inside.

1- The update to the car wash doesn’t clean as well. Car is still dirty.2- Was also not excited about being charged a full subscription when the place was under construction for 1.5 months. Having to travel an extra 10 miles to go to another location doesn’t count as the same service I originally paid for. Also there is nobody to contact by phone.3- seems like a lot of canned responses to these reviews.I’ll update my rating once I see some improvement.

Not happy with this car wash. I was moved up to higher service without my permission. The district manager was really nasty with me so I had them to shut down my account. I asked for a refund but wasn't given one. Please check your account daily, they will get you sooner or later

Deceptive and fraudulent practices! I pulled in for a wash and upon entering, a Swifty attendant asked me if I wanted to pay an extra $5 to have 30 days unlimited wash. I said okay, and she proceeded to quickly press all of the buttons on the screen. She did not inform me that there would be a continuing monthly charge and I did not agree to that. Months later I end up seeing a monthly charge on my credit card. I reviewed the terms of service which never acknowledged that I was being signed up for a monthly account or recurring charge. The terms of service also state that an account should not be activated unless a signature or acknowledgement of the on-screen terms of service was made- I provided neither. When I called, customer service refused to refund the charges and the supervisor even hung up on me. I’m having to do a dispute with my credit card and also reporting them on the BBB.

Although I believe I dropped my wallet with all of my ID at this facility while cleaning the rental that I had before leaving ATL - I got great customer service at this car wash. Would visit them again the next time I'm in the area.

It’s almost 12 noon. I’ve encountered a lot of people today. Nothing like the manager on duty or and the person who get you prepared to go through the car wash. These two have been the friendliest people i’ve encountered at a business in a very long time, but today, Just Friendliest people I’ve encountered. My car got clean and I got to witness people loving their service to the public. This location will do well.Services: Polishing

Hate to hit this location with the one star but let me give the breakdown.Vacuums work well and still have good suction.But we are here for the car wash… currently one side of the brushes aren’t working. The right side brushes don’t move at all.Do you think they are charging half price for the half wash, nope!Full price charge for only a half wash and soap streaks down one side. No signs no heads up nothing.

Misses Ann the manager here made my day and I was feeling horrible. I’m a loyal customer of swiftly and she made me want to do years of business with you guys because of the personal care, customer service and professionalism today. This car wash charged my account for a membership I never agreed to nor signed up for and refused to refund me!!! The customer service agent was very rude! Beware of this company!

I have the monthly wash pass. I think it's 15 bucks unlimited washes. Definitely comes in handy and gives me the opportunity to have my car cleaned as much as I want.
