It's a great space. I attended an event sponsored by Emory University and loved every minute of it. Great artists presented in multiple genres presented their art in collaboration with Emory professors and students.

Switchyards is great if you want a place to work that has music playing (sometimes too loud) and a place that makes absolutely no effort in building a community. In fact, they have removed the few avenues that existed that would allow for community to self-organize (because they were being used to complain about the rising costs and loss of services). Also, the nature of the “all city” membership model seems to result in each existing location being busier each time they open a new location. I’m not sure if they’re allowing too many new members for each location or if people signup for a new location, but intend to use an existing location. For me, it’s what I want most of the time, but it’s not for everybody.

Impossible to get in touch with customer service. Unable to cancel membership because the account information email was never sent. Charged $100 AFTER trying to resolve issue. Still haven’t heard back.

Switchyards has been amazing to work with the past couple of years. We are their official bartending partner, so we often collaborate on the private events together. Their in house team is attentive and personable. They’ve been super supportive of our needs and help make our jobs so much easier. The event space is so versatile and inviting. The built-in-bar is beautiful. The coworking neighborhood hubs are perfect too. So convenient and comfortable. Our partnership with Switchyards has been one of the best experiences ever! Can’t wait to see what we do next together.

The best decision I’ve made. Downtown is my favorite location. Yes, you have to pay to park, but it’s still way less than you would spend with Regus or Spaces. I switch between Adair Park and Cabbagetown depending on what I have to do. To have access to all clubs for one price gives me unlimited possibilities. The people are cool, respectful and it’s super clean! Even the restrooms! Free Coffee, snacks, cool atmosphere it’s such a vibe!

$100 a month just to go do work in a tiny office space is ridiculous. Manage your time a bit and visit a local library for FREE rather than waste your money on these frauds.

Beautiful space. Excellent soundproofing. Coffee bar is great. Wi-Fi can be spotty but it’s not too bad. And the downstairs space is a bummer relative to the bright, light-filled main space. Overall, the space is a very comfortable place to spend a work day.

I throughly enjoy my membership at Switchyards. I love that they have opened several new locations and given me more value to being a member at no extra cost. It's a very worthwhile investment to those who work remotely or would like to have a space to work on projects/side jobs.

5.0 | Downtown Switchyards Club is nice. it doesn’t get enough love from me as I don’t like to commute in the heart of Downtown if I don’t have to and pay for parking, but this is a sweet spot that employs a lot of the aesthetic and arrangement of all the spaces. it has the quiet cubicles like Decatur, and the openness and layout of Cabbagetown. only thing I didn’t see was a phone booth, which makes sense given there are so many open areas and people took calls quietly in their own little spaces. I thought the openness would make me feel a bit unfocused but it didn’t. I like this location, and will likely make more effort to come here as it feels a lot less crowded and open, with enough lounge and desk space for everyone to own an area comfortably.

I didn't have a great customer service experience when inquiring about the space. Instead of answering my questions, I was instead told the space "wasn't a good fit for me". I'd love to have decided that myself by getting answers to my questions, or if they'd offered a day-pass. It could be helpful for Switchyards to get a customer service specialist instead of having the C-Suite manage customer relations. I've been an avid remote worker for years and most spaces are usually warm and inviting! I didn't get that at all from this interaction. Looks cute tho.
