Horrible customer service I never get spoken to as a black man in these stores today was no different. I understand if you’re busy but to speak to others that came in after is very difficult to deal with consistently. I also was helped after the white woman that came in after me.

Raven at the Lenox Mall T-Mobile is simply AMAZING!! Any company would be lucky to have her representing their brand and supporting their customers. I called in to the store today because my wifi wasn’t working, she troubleshooted over the phone and got my phone working. Not only did she help me, she did it with the joy to serve and ensure I was safe as I was trying to get my wifi/gps working. Raven you’re the best!!

came to this T-Mobile location last week at 10am to return a T-mobile router and phone. I was met by a rude employee who spoke angrily towards me. I didn't realize you did not take returns. She could have spoken in a kind manner with a polite tone by nicely telling me I needed to reach out to t-mobile and have them send me a return shipping label.

I came in today to port my family plan to T-Mobile; I had a fantastic experience thanks to Mr. Yung Lo. It was probably the best retail experience I’ve had in a long time. Thank you Yung!

Currently standing here while I ask for assistance and was told to hold on while she assists 2 people who walked in after me..I said they were here after me but was told to hold on. Then another customer walks in and get assistance

I came in with my dad and son. My dad ended up activating two lines for him and mom and Jeremy helped us. I can’t express enough how great Jeremy treated us. He was so nice and explained everything well. He even gave my fussy toddler a cookie! Thanks again so much for your kindness and great attitude. We appreciated doing business with you.

They are always friendly, even with difficult people. But, it takes a while for them to help, cause there is always only two people there. Sometimes their devices they work on don't work and it takes much longer for them to get things done. They don't always know what to do and need to go ask their supervisor for help with the simplest things. I might have just been their when they had people in training, but that is just my experience.

I had a very positive experience while purchasing a new cell phone at this T-Mobile Branch. I was assisted by Jeremy, who bent over backwards to help me make the right decision and transfer the data from my old phone.

Yusuf was amazing! He understood the problem I was having, resolved it quickly using his tablet and making a phone call, and he was really nice! Previously, I went to a different T-Mobile store with the issue, they couldn't fix it, and they recommended going to the Lenox Mall T-Mobile location. So, I recommend going to this location first for top-notch customer service. Thanks, Yusuf!

Today was a off day for me . I went to Best Buy. They was rude . Went to a t mobile store off peach tree road . A lady in there that was assisting me was acting like she didn’t care. So this was my last stop which was the Lennox mall location . I want to say Arthur went out his way to make sure I was ok and gave me my new 13 iPhone in blue . Arthur thank you again for making a simple upgrade an easy process that apparently other locations struggled to do .

So far I've been waiting outside for 10 minutes for someone to come and service me. I don't mind waiting but you can at least let someone know that you'll be assisting them shortly. Yusuf was the individual who helped me, his customer service was ok, not rude but not proactive! He did indeed make sure I had service and now I'm ready to roll!
