I had issues with a promotion for months, as well as other small things, so I was a little frustrated when I came in. I was lucky enough to be helped by Kevin, who was totally awesome, and helped me figure things out pretty quickly. Absolutely recommend Kevin if you go in!!

Disappointed you all have hours posted but lock the door before your closing time. Change your hours so folks don't continue to book it from work trying to get here. What a waste of time.

Shanel and jasmene was so helpful. Top notch service!!! So professional and so patience, I don’t backup my phone for almost 1 year, but they help me back it up for almost 2 hours. Thank you for all your help.

I visit this location back in March and was told about a promotion which was a lie . I agreed to sign up and was never given the promotion I spoke with managers and customer care for 7 months still no resolve .They stated they escalated the matter to Jessica Moore in October I still have never heard from her . Customer care made me pay 1800 so they can fix the issue and the. Refund me back the 1800 . So I paid because I need my phones for my business . Now Tmobile is back with the nonsense and they are now charging 2500 for the promotion when they owe me . My service is impacted . My business is impacted . Customer care gives you false promises and no resolve and the in face people like the stores the managers and their higher up don’t assist either . At this point I would not recommend Tmobile to anyone the store is horrible the customer service is horrible.
