Came in to try to add two lines to my current account. Walked in to a service representative that mumbled all his words and wouldn’t even stand up as he is slouching down on a bench. Needless to say he was less than interested in helping us. Out of the 3 people there the two that were talking to us had an attitude and weren’t friendly at all commanding and making faces. Not sure how they get any business. I wasn’t going to deal with people like that acting like they are doing me a favor so I’m just going to a different T-mobile and not giving them the numbers.

I stress myself out when it’s time to get a new phone. Nia was awesome — thorough, patient, and provided great advice about my options. She made it easy for me. I’m sending my T-Mobile friends here!

Well, firstly my sales Representative Nia was AMAZING! I came in store to activate my replaced phone after SEVERAL hours on the phone with customer service on my own. While here, she was able to help me in store for another 2+ hours, talk about going above and beyond. The staff was friendly and supportive of my needs! I wish the rating had more stars because she deserves 20, seriously, I was FRUSTRATED. However, she remained calm and went through numerous options before we finally could get it done! Thanks Nia!

HORRIBLE SERVICE...TRADED IN OLD PHONE AND UPGRADED TO A NEW PHONE. SALES REP. DID NOT ACTIVATE THE NEW PHONE! HAD TO CALL TECH SUPPORT. AND THE STORE REEKED OF CANNABIS. GOT NAUSEOUS JUST SMELLING IT. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Cj was awesome. Usually whenever I’m getting a new phone, the process is long and tiring, and I find myself getting frustrated throughout it. But Cj, was so great! The process did not take as long there were no issues, super helpful, super friendly, sooo nice! There was one other worker there as well that was super nice too but I didn’t catch her name! I will be coming to this store more often, I left very satisfied!

The manager on duty (at the Howell Mill rd store) with the dreads has waaaaaaaaaay to much attitude to be working in customer service.I was trying to transfer my number over to T-Mobile since my family was moving to T-Mobile. A member of my family had already successfully completed the process in Colorado. This was time 2nd time I attempting this within the store. My family apparently gave me the wrong Verizon account number which is required to move your number to T-Mobile.As we were thinking of ways to get that number I suggested since my father had already completed his transfer of his line successfully..he must have provided T-Mobile our Verizon account # and I was just surprised it wasn't noted anywhere on the account then.This was too much for this associate to comprehend and he was ranting and raving about how it's my responsibility to have the account number. He even went as far to talk about me to other associates while I was still there. Completely unprofessional.Nevertheless, this was my welcome to T-Mobile lol.

Today was a long day trying to get a new phone after mine was destroyed. Nervous about T-Mobile, I took a chance and went to Howell Mill where met Chris. His level of patience and customer service was First In Class”. My satisfaction was his priority and I am truly grateful for that. He is truly passionate about what he does and taking care of his customer’s. I only want to work with him!! The company is lucky to have him.

Came in for an upgrade! Ceejay is the best to do it…he worked through all my issues, answered all my questions and was super professional!!!! I have not had service like this since I’ve been with this company and I’ve been with them a very long time! I’ll be following him to whatever store location he is at! All I can say is Thank you‼️

I’m a Sprint legacy client and it was time for me to upgrade my phone. I was greeted by Ceejay who had such a warm friendly demeanor. He had excellent customer service skills, extremely knowledgeable , and made sure he found the best plan that worked for me.

if you have 5 or 6 hours to kill just to get your old phone paired over to your new phone ..... and if you like having the employees all joking around while you are frustrated as hell, then T Mobil on Howell Mill Road in Atlanta is the place for you!

5 stars to Najila. Went to this store for help porting a locked phone number on verizon to a new T-Mobile iphone 15 pro. Could not get help unlocking it from Verizon, Apple or even phone support from T-Mobile. Najila knew exactly what to do and we got my daughter's phone working. All the staff at this location were happy and looked liked they genuinely enjoyed helping everyone. Next time instead of ordering the phones online I will go straight to Najila at this location.

This location helped me out when I desperately needed a new phone. Great costumer service including a great music selection inside the store to help me along to make a great purchase.T-Mobile's customer service has consistently exceeded my expectations. They are prompt, friendly, and go above and beyond to resolve any issues. Combined with their reliable network and affordable plans, T-Mobile has earned my loyalty.

Kaylin and Ambrose were such a big help. I’ve been getting the run around about my phone from other locations. They were able to solve my issue and give me a great deal on my phone. They handled my issue in a respectful and quick manner. I will definitely be coming back to this T-mobile.

I came into the store for some help with my watch and left with so much more. Ceejay was so patient with me in trying to trouble shoot the issues with my phone. We spent quite a bit of time on it and he never gave up, often using humor to diffuse my concern and frustration. Not only was he patient and had a great sense of humor but his knowledge of Tmobile and Apple products was priceless. He also helped me access apps that would be incredibly useful for my lifestyle. I must admit it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had in any Tmobile. All of the reps had such great attitudes and made the environment fun. I’m giving it a 10 out of 10 for customer service and experience.
