I was pretty upset about the way customer care treated me for the last 8 months - this stores staff have been very helpful. With home internet and cell service being really bad at my appointment. The phone I got wasn't working on their network and I spent months troubleshooting. I've finally switched service providers and the phone works fine. Ivan and his staff were very helpful in getting my account closed and answering all of my questions.

The manager DJ and his staff went above and beyond for me! I had a very difficult issue with my phone that tech support could not fix. DJ and his staff made a cayto tech support for me and finally got to the bottom of my phone issue.

I had the best experience working with Erica! To be honest I came into the store very frustrated with the experiences I was getting from T-Mobile customer service, chat, and two other store locations (Olive Branch Mississippi & Austell GA) with starting my new account. She brought professionalism, efficiency, good options and did it all with a beautiful smile. Please appreciate your great employees like Erica!!

Alvin at the Cumberland store very rude! my husband wanted to upgrade two phones . One of phone has a small crack and he's like I can't take money out of his (Alvin)pocket and to upgrade either phone. We w must have confused it with AT&T. Which he pushed us on over to be At&t customers now. Have been with T moble for over 18 years and they just lost a business account!

Staff is only mostly incompetent at this location. My boss sent me as an authorised user to get a phone. The guy i was talking with like couldnt comprehend it was a business transaction for business account that had nothing to wih my personal account. He also gave me flack about my name, my ID, my card, and then wouldnt even give me the deal bossman had set up for me so i just left.

Wow. T-Mobile is definitely not AT&T! From the first telephone call when I signed up for service, to the amazing customer service at the Cumberland Mall location my experience has been fabulous. Since this is the T-Mobile store location, I will share that part of my journey as a new T-Mobile customer. The store was clean and inviting. I walked in and was immediately greeted by Josh. I needed help in trading in my old iPhone, and was not in the system yet, since I hadn't registered. No problem! Josh took his time to find my new client file, and professionally handled all the details for my trade in, including my receipt. But it gets even better! I had put the protective screen on myself (better handled by the professionals) and while Josh was working, I asked Javian if he could help me. Turns out one of my corgi's hairs was underneath the screen. No problem! Javian got some tools out and fixed the bubble issue. For an OCD iPhone crazed customer, this was simply wonderful! I would def return to this location and highly recommend it to anyone that wants a professional, enjoyable and well executed experience.

Javan savage is the man ! He wasn't there for 2 months and I seriously feel like that store missed his energy. He brings so much knowledge and positivity to that store he's the only reason I continue to bring and send all of my business that way ! Tmobile please invest in more employees like him.

T Mobil store inside Cumberland mall is the best. Staff is excellent. Efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They saved me hundreds of dollars. For now, things are working ????

Manager of this store is dreadful and not interested in doing actual work. He directed me to call customer care to address my issue, I politely asked if he could do it and he refused. I called customer care and when I said I was in the store, she (without any prompting of me) noted that usually store manager calls customer care in such services to assist the customer. Clearly the manager here is not interested in doing his job or assisting customers.

This is literally the worse experience I ever had with any phone company in my entire life Please ran far away from this location!! I wish I could give this location a 0 star. The assisant manager is horrible.

My boy Kelvin got me right in a matter of 30 to 40 minutes and I took him through alot but his attitude didn't change . He's very respectful and moves swiftly! And to find out he suppose to been off today made it even better. Me personally HE NEEDS A RAISE!!!!!!!

We have had the best customer service ever with James over the past 3 weeks. I added 4 new lines and 5 new phones to my plan, and with this had a few issues with the T-Mobile system. He worked diligently to do what was right for the customer. James answered all of our hundreds of questions and went above and beyond until we felt satisfied. We cannot recommend him enough. Thank you!!!

I am writing this review to specifically recognize the T-Mobile associate that goes by X that works at T-Mobile store in the Cumberland mall and at the Costco Cumberland T-Mobile kiosk. I visited the T-Mobile store and the Costco kiosk multiple times over a period of months as I was doing research to see if T-Mobile plans would be a good fit for me. Each time, X was very knowledgeable about the products and T-Mobile signup processes and was very easy to talk to. On the day I was ready to make the switch, unfortunately he was not available however, he personally made sure I was taken well taken care of by his associate Erica C. and I would like to recognize her as well for her great service. After I purchased my new T-Mobile services, X went above and beyond to address a concern I had with the new account, and he was able to address it within a day. Costumer service at its finest!
