This place is a hidden secret.De Von, Yusuf and Josh are the most efficient quietly spoken customer service experts. They went as far as looked for more ways to save money, and mentioned promotions that they need not have, which saved me a lot of money. They were constantly kind in the face of some other annoying customers, and very informative. Their location is a little hidden, so it’s not as busy as others. I will always go back to their store

I walked in this afternoon, having issues with accessing my Netflix ON US account over the past year my account has been established .I expressed my concerns to the customer care representative who was assisting me, Amos. He took his time and effort to get this issue, resolved with the care team via the phone and also in person .I left having full access to Netflix account and other unrelated issues resolved. I'm very very thankful for all his outstanding customer service this afternoon. Amos thank you ? so much again for your time and service in helping me get the job done!!!! Often times we take time to leave negative reviews, but we never take time to leave positive reviews for services that we receive so I just want to say thank you again, Amos!

Went to the Perimeter Mall T-Mobile store with senior citizen relative to get home internet service. We luckily got Leeyah as our person to help. She was incredible! Helpful! Patient! Proactive! Understanding of the situation! What terrific service she provided! Took the Gateway to the relative's home, plugged it in, and instant 5G internet service! Leeyah had perfectly configured the device, network, etc. T-Mobile is lucky to have Leeyah as an ambassador.

The staff is very helpful. The manager Leeyah went above and beyond over two days to help solve a complicated case. She was more than proactive to think of aplicable discounts and offered to us without even asking. This is good star service. Props to the team

Super rude and unapproachable customer service. The customer rep was totally unhelpful. Rather than walking me through or explaining the process/policies, she expected me to just know it. Overall, didn’t accomplish what I walked into the store for and customer rep wasn’t even attempting to help me through it.

Don't go to this location inside the mall. The Latin guy with the curly hair is the worst man. They didn't want to help me buying a phone. The T-Mobile outside of the mall was much more help and recommend to go to them. To this be a corporate store, they should have better customer service but sadly not. probably be best to close this location and rehire new people.

Juan helped me immensely with a very complex swap of SIM cards and plans on several phones. He was incredibly patient and spent a lot of time trying to accomplish my objectives. He really exhibited stellar customer service and deserves to be considered for a higher level position within the organization. Thank you SO much for helping me.

Leeyah was awesome!! She kept me informed about the current promotions and also kept me informed about my bill as we went through the process. She also educated me about the rate plans. Like any other T-Mobile sales associates she didn’t put added pressure on me to sign up for additional services that i didn’t need and I appreciate that.

HORRIBLE experience. Spent ~2h 30m there adding two extra lines and buying 2 phones. First, they brought out the wrong phone. Twice. And they didn’t double check everything before we paid, so we got charged twice for their mistakes. The first mess-up, they brought out the 256GB instead of the 128GB we asked for. Second, they brought out an iPhone 14 Pro, not the iPhone 14 regular we asked for. I caught the mistake the 2nd time. Had I not been paying attention, we would’ve went home with the wrong phone & end up paying more. They voided the 1st charge, but I called my credit card company & they told me it’ll take them 14 days to get that charge dropped. Great, now I’m down $600. Then, I asked if my old iPhone 13 could trade SIM cards with the iPhone 14, they said no at first & said that we would have to wait 30 days to do so so that we wouldn’t lose our promo, which was fine. But then another employee came and said that was false & that we can switch right away. So they tried to switch it, but she came back and said no Terrell was right, we needed to wait 30 days. That switch & switch back alone took us 1 hour. Wished I came to another T-Mobile branch to save time & not get charged twice.
