I just had the most amazing experience at this store. It was my first time at Talbots and it won't definitely be last. The cothes are greay quality and the sizes consistent. But like I told Gigi (Gisela) my experience there was made wonderful by her attention, and bright disposition. This echoes through the rest of the friendly amazing staff. 10 out of 10!!!

Second worst experience in a row! Older blond lady was rude for the second time actually rolled her eyes at me. Unacceptable. If she's rude to me, i can only imagine how many customers she's been rude to. You're better than this Talbots.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I was so disappointed today to learn about the experience my in-laws had at this location. They arrived at the store at 3:45 today and checked out at 5:45 - certainly not crowded and there were plenty salespeople on shift. No greeting from any staff. No assistance. Had to get their own fitting room. Salesperson took their items out of the waiting room. My sister-in-law was assisting my elderly mother-in-law as they were choosing outfits for a special family event this weekend. I really don't understand how businesses can allow staff to be so thoughtless, uncaring, impatient, and off task. Sadly this was the second time in one year they had a similar experience at this location. Finally lesson learned - finding a better location. Again, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! The only name out of the 4 employees present was the one on the receipt - Doreatha. The salesperson told my sister-in-law to hang up the clothes outside the fitting room and several times announced the closing time (6:00).

Rude sales lady. I walked in at 5 pm, she proclaimed, we close at 6. Not hello, can I help. I shop regularly at Talbots at The Forum, that's where I will continue. Every single person who walked in after me she continued her count down. She
obviously did not want any business. Awful customer service
. I have never experienced this at any Talbots. Talbots is known for excellent customer service.

What happened to customer service.! There were 2 customers,including me in the store. I selected 10-12 pieces of clothing in the petite department and did not see one .salesperson. iTook the clothing to a fitting room and selected 3pieces. Still no salesperson. I thought I would have to self check out! I then went to the main level and there were3 salespeople ,together eating and chatting. None acknowledged my presence. Finally I got their attention and purchased >$200 of clothing. Not a good experience. Where’s the manager?

I was in the back -Petite Department- by myself the whole time. Salesgirl knew I was in back and NEVER came to offer any help. I needed help in Petite Dept and for store. I leftThe store without shopping because being in store was so unpleasant.NO SALES HELP IIN STORE!

Horrendous customer service. For the love of god fire Doreatha assuming the name she rung us out with is correct. She’s extremely aggressive and yells at customers who arrive close tot he closing time. We were out in time but nevertheless she was extremely impolite and made the whole experience a hostile one. She does not acknowledge when you come into the store. Terrible terrible terrible. The owners need to look at these reviews. It seems to be a persistent issue.

Horribly impolite sales woman. The woman working there was condescending, rude, and sarcastic. Truly a horrible atmosphere for a store it makes you want to rush out as soon as possible without buying anything because you feel so unwelcome.

It’s very disappointing to see how this location store has gone downhill over the past few years. It used to be the best.. Customer service is very poor. Staff do not acknowledge when you come into the store. They’re sitting around in chairs, laughing, and not even paying attention to the customers. The store in general is very rundown. The carpet is dirty and unkept.I love Talbots, but now I go to Vinings for all my purchases. Vining store is the best!

My closet is FULL of Talbots purchases. Entered this store 2/18/2024 in the afternoon. Wanted to at least talk about exchanging 2 pullovers I purchased online, unfortunately final sale. I wear a small in all my many Talbots purchases. These T by Talbots were too small and I wondered if they were sized wrong. One had a pick that the manager wouldn’t even view or discuss, and was quite rude, shutting me down, interrupting me every time I tried to speak. I understand “the computer won’t allow returns of final sales”. But tell me no politely, and treat me and talk to me in the dignified way that I’m treated in all other Talbots locations where I’ve shopped. I will continue to be a Talbots customer. But not in this store on Peachtree RD. I was polite the entire exchange and did not warrant her attitude and manner.

Great petite department and helpful staff. If they do not have your size, they will order it to the store with no shipping fees.
