Needed a few mens clothing items quickly as soon as they opened. All mens undershirts and underwear are locked behind glass cabinets. There were 0 employees willing or able to help get any items out of these cabinets.

I was HAPPY to see that protests of Target ending their DEI policies has affected the number of shoppers.

Customer service literally laughed in my face as I was checking the price on salvaged items. 15 an hour ain’t enough to bring out that type of mean, it comes for free

I'm giving it 3 stars because when I went there, the store was devastated, clothes on the floor, racks empty, shelves empty. I believe it was because of Christmas.

I have never been to a worse store in my life. Even Walmart on Black Friday is run better than this. One register open during peak time. Restock items all over the store making it look and feel dirty and cluttered

Pickup wait time are ridiculous. Seems they literally go round the store to find your item on the shelf. At that point just go fetch it yourself and pay in store

I will not shop anywhere that rolled back DEI.

Disorganized and not stocked. Self check out often closed with one register open and a ten person long line.

As nationwide folks are deciding to pack up Target for their support of bigotry and racism, I think it’s time we pack up the Edgewood Target as well.
This is place is boujee trash. This target is like the only Walmart in a sundown town. Staff, management, everybody. Just rude with bad hygiene. ESPECIALLY THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DESK which is ironic. First, repeating back to me exactly what I JUST said to you slower doesn’t move the conversation along. Why would saying anything slower get to a solution unless you think I can’t comprehend language or I’m the one acting slow? Just cause you might have a language barrier doesn’t mean other people do. While you trying to be smart you sound and look like ya struggling to read lol. But after I walked away, I’m glad you and your coworker had a good time laughing at the situation. I’m sorry I’m a hard working American and I value every dollar that I earn. If it’s funny to yall that I’m trying to honor an agreement your company made then your conscience is as knotted as y’all’s kitchen was when yall turned around. The light skin young lady that was there initially should have stayed. She was very nice and professional but she was kinda in and out. She isn’t part of this critique and wish she would have been the one I was dealing with. The OG sad face and the laughing hyena that replaced her were the issue.
Who trained these people?
LONG STORY SHORT, I did in insurance claim on an item a lil over a year ago. Mind you, Target offers 2 YEAR INSURANCE PLANS. I know cause I buy them. So a little of a year ago I do an insurance claim. The price changed on the item and I was like I don’t care keep the difference I just want the item. So the manager at the time did some magic and was able to exchange the item EVEN THOUGH EVERYONE ELSE SAID THEY COULDNT HONOR THEIR OWN INSURANCE I PAID FOR. The manager hands me the receipt, I tell her “hey insurance not on here. Definitely add that. She tries for like 10 mins, gives up, and then says “I’m the supervisor. Just stop thru if they break within the next two years and I’ll swap them. I’ll be here.”
I asked if she was sure? She said yes. So I got her name, and preserved the receipt and original box just in case. Fast forward to a year and a month later AirPods acting up. Come in the make the switch.
These people told me they remember her and my information matches up, but new manager new rules. I’m like “what? That doesn’t make sense. A representative of your company told me one thing. You all acknowledge this person and the situation, but you’re not willing to honor what your company representative told me?”
Bruh. These folks started trying to explain to me store policies and what she wasn’t supposed to do. I DO NOT WORK AT TARGET. IT’S BAD BUSINESS TO LET YOUR MANAGERS MAKE STATEMENTS AND THEN HOLD CUSTOMERS LIABLE FOR NOT KNOWING YOUR HANDBOOK.
What kind of Twilight Zone stuff is that? You can’t honor your initial commitment cause I, a customer, didn’t know your store policies? So I’m just supposed to know what your employees can and can’t do? And that fact that yall acknowledge that it happened but just saying “so what” and use a technicality to break your word is crazy to me. Then I called the number they gave me to escalate the situation, the people on the other in is FAMILIAR with this location, said they can’t even help, and that the Edgewood store doesn’t like dealing with customers so they just give folks their number. HOW DOES A 1800 SUPPORT # FOR A STORE CHAIN RECOGNIZE THEIR STORE LOCATION FROM DOING BAD BUSINESS AND COMPLAINTS?!?!
It’s just bad business and really shows that Target really isn’t committed to the community. We need to shut this location down(maybe bring Walmart back downtown?) or find someone who actually cares about customer service to run it.
I really just want better for us🤷🏾♂️

This store is a hot mess express, respectfully. And we KNOW they're making $$$. Despite this, it's like really messy at the front (clothes are indeed everywhere, except on the rack), very few folx working at the registers (so the lines are god awfully LONG....), and some times the self-check out lane... is not open. SMH.

I’ve been to the Target at Edgewood Place several times, and unfortunately, it’s been consistently disappointing. First off, the parking lot is always chaotic — finding a spot is a nightmare, especially during busy hours. Once you finally manage to park, the store is usually packed, making it feel overcrowded and difficult to navigate.
On top of that, it seems like they’re often out of stock on a lot of items, which is really frustrating if you’ve gone there specifically for something. As if that wasn’t enough, many of the products are now locked behind cabinets or glass cases, which slows down the shopping process and just adds to the inconvenience. I get that it’s for security, but it feels like it’s more trouble than it’s worth.
This location definitely needs some improvements — whether it’s better inventory management or just more space and organization. Until then, I’ll probably be avoiding this Target when I can.

Received pickup order confirmation email for a limited edition item only for the store to send an order cancellation email hours later when the store opened. How was the item I purchased at 1AM out of stock at 8AM if there were more available after I purchased. Not sure if the employees bought the item or if the store doesn’t go in purchase order but extremely disappointed.
