I really hate self checkout at this Target. And it’s often the only option as no cashier is available except the one monitoring that you don’t steal.
They clearly don’t monitor when you need assistance.
And when you do manage to get their assistance it’s like dealing with a zombie. Good luck if your item scans incorrectly. They won’t know what to do so you’ll need to decide: remove it from your basket so you can checkout or walk back and grab another item yourself.

I’m literally standing in the store this very second waiting for someone to freaking help me . I’ve asked multiple employees to please help me or call someone to help me and nothing . There’s an item the app says they have 6 I can’t find 1 . So annoying . This target is always clean and usually well stocked but the customer service is nasty as heck .

Unacceptable Customer Service at Target Buckhead
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Buckhead Target location. I went in for a simple price match, and when I asked for assistance, a supposed team lead came over—only to be extremely rude from the start. Instead of offering helpful customer service, she seemed annoyed that I even asked for help.
To make matters worse, when her device wouldn't work, she refused to get another one or find an alternative solution. Instead of taking any responsibility, she left me standing there with no resolution. This is not the level of service I expect from Target, and certainly not from someone in a leadership position.
I’ve always appreciated Target for its convenience and customer service, but this experience was unacceptable. Management needs to take a serious look at how their team interacts with customers because this was beyond unprofessional. I won’t be shopping at this location again if this is how they treat paying customers.

I went to this target at 11 AM on a Tuesday and there were no cashiers upstairs and the self check out told me I had to login. I went and asked one of the 10 stock clerks for help and they told me I had to go downstairs to check out. This store sucks. Don’t go there.

I came to return unworn items , and the customer service agent in the front was extremely passive aggressive, and rude. Very unfriendly, and it was about 8 AM. Never will I return to this location.

I just had the worse experience at Target that I've ever had. I came to pickup my online order today, 12/13/24 around 7:30 pm and parked in spot 4. A young African American woman with a brownish red ponytail, who brought my order out was so rude. She didn't speak, just asked what the code was. Then went on to throw my bags on my back seat and slammed my door. I am a frequent shopper at this store and I've never experienced such an unprofessional encounter with an employee. Now my items are in back seat falling everywhere. If I wasn't in a rush, I would have went into the store and told management about my experience. I tried to call and ofcourse, no answer.

This location and a few others keep doing that policy where they refuse to open self checkout in the morning so everyone who tried to come in for a quick visit are stuck to wait in a single line with an elderly woman who takes her sweet time and doesn’t listen to anything you’re saying about how you’re going to make your purchase. Guest service is always understaffed as well. There’s always 1 person there struggling to do drive up and handle the line all by themselves. The fulfillment is probably understaffed as well and that’s why my pick up orders take forever and a day. At minimum at least the store is usually clean when I come in

They are rude and they mislabel their prices and put stuff on the wrong mislabeled shelf. Very disorganized. For some people a $3 price differential between the wrong price tag and the actual price for the item is alot of money. Atleast admit its a mistake and fix it for later. Don't be rude to your customers and snobby to them when they point out your mistake.

Avoid doing order pickup from this location. My entire pickup order was stolen/given to the wrong person and I never received the items I paid for.

i wish they would do something about the people constantly loitering outside of the store and getting aggressive with customers who say they aren’t interested. i don’t know if the decision lies with corporate and the employees here are supposed to turn a blind eye, but it’s really annoying to get verbally attacked every time you refuse to purchase whatever it is these people are selling.
