Julius replaced my screen on my Mac at the end of November. After picking it up the camera wasn’t working at all and there was a raise near the keyboard so I had to bring it back. Julius didn’t fix it. Two months later my screen “cracked” again, and Julius stated that it was my fault and I would have to pay over $300 again to get it repaired. Afterwards, I took my computer to another tech repair company to find out that Julius drove a screw too far into the bottom of my laptop, causing my screen to crack again when I closed it. This was clearly an issue on his behalf and he will not respond to you when inquiring about warranty or a refund. Please beware.
