Been at the community for a few months. Maintenance (Varrick) always responds quickly. He will come as many times as you need for your issues or if he notices something wrong he’ll fix it instantly.I’d say the only thing to note, if you’re on Buckhead Ave side. The rooftop bar at the Thompson can get loud at nights.
