“Sorry for the late review but I move in like three weeks ago and all I can say is that I’m very satisfied with my place.When applying they had great customer service and answer the phone when needed if I had any questions. Saire Mathis made it a breeze with everything I needed to know, she was nice and everybody else had welcoming positive energy.Rent is Reasonable you don’t get what you get everywhere else and the area is super clean and nice and it’s close to everything you need.I can see why the price is the way it is, you pay more for nicer things.i just don’t understand why y'all get attacked, But that’s my opinion.Thank you all for accepting into your community I’m very appreciated ????.”

“I moved here for the shorter commute for my office in Sandy springs. But I got so much more out of it:1. Location and community: close proximity to many things but also in a quiet neighborhood. Great for people like to who loves to walk.People here I’ve encountered are very nice and friendly. I’ve met friends that helped me since I’m from NY2. Maintenance and management is very responsive and quick and they don’t charge you for fixing stuff. Of the 5 communities I have been in rentals for, Ross and the team really care about residents, do everything they can, and are reasonable about everything they have control over. Rent rates are competitive, repairs are timely, and my time here in 1.5 years in two homes, along with the experiences of 5 friends/roommates living here, have been vastly positive.
