“I toured many buildings in the area, and from the moment I walked into The Tower on Piedmont, I could tell it stood out. There was an immediate sense of community, and the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind.
When I first saw my apartment, I was blown away by the quality and overall feel of the space. Since moving in, my experience has only gotten better. The staff have been exceptional and have made the building feel more like a neighborhood than just an apartment complex. There is a real sense of community here, with friendly neighbors, a quiet and professional environment, and a setting that has been a great fit for me and my girls.”

“This is a fantastic place to live! Convenient location. Well-organized. The grounds are always clean and well-maintained, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve spoken with Jon and Maureen in person, phone, and email and they have always been incredibly helpful and friendly. They are very responsive and the rare issues I’ve had were resolved same day or within 24 business hours. Other staff I have seen or spoken to in passing are also always friendly and welcoming. I rarely have maintenance problems with the unit, and on the few times it has occurred, it was also within 24 hours. Lawrence is awesome and knocked out 3 requests in one day (small general maintenance things that happened to coincide +helping me remove a wasp nest in the patio that was too high to reach w/o ladder). Plus, he fixed an additional issue he noticed while he was there. He remembered and followed up to make sure things were still working well. Thanks again!”

“I’ve lived in a few buildings around Atlanta with amenities and what I’ve found is all the buildings are nice but they aren’t all nice to live in. The difference is how much the people that work there actually care about making it a nice place to live. I’ve never had an issue or a question that wasn’t immediately addressed. Chase and Dina are both great and the maintenance staff is the best I’ve experienced. Moving out after 3 years (not to another building) but I can’t recommend the staff here enough. I wouldn’t rent anywhere else in the city.”

Safety concerns haven’t been a big issue around this property and its proximity to a number of locations downtown and otherwise makes it a superb place to live within the city.”

Joia was the first smiling face I saw at Alexan on 8th. She took me and my mom on a tour of the entire facility. She made it fun and made me feel right at home.
Jovi helped gather all my documents on short notice and provided guidance for every step in the leasing process. She had such a cheerful attitude and was just so accommodating.
Nyko stepped in and made sure I had everything I needed to move in. He helped me get my U-Haul situated and showed me everything I needed to know to make my move-in go smoothly.

She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure residents’ needs are met and that the property is well cared for. Even outside of normal hours, Kennedee can often be found assisting residents or addressing concerns to keep things running smoothly.
It’s easy for residents to point blame when issues arise, but what many don’t see is the behind-the-scenes work Kennedee is doing every day to get these problems resolved. She stepped into her role as Maintenance Supervisor during a time of transition and has taken on challenges that were inherited from prior management. Despite these obstacles, she’s handled everything with professionalism, persistence, and a genuine commitment to making meaningful improvements.
Her leadership, strong work ethic, and genuine care for both the property and its residents have made a noticeable difference. Mezzo is fortunate to have someone so dedicated to creating a better living experience for everyone.”

“I’ve lived here for the past two years and had an overall good experience. It was my first place in Atlanta and the location is incredible. Great bars, restaurants, and shops nearby and living on the beltline is great for walking and biking. Also I love my loft windows there is no shortage of light! There is a secure mail room and covered parking which is a plus. Lindsay and management and maintenance are helpful, responsive and kind and I have had no issues. Also the community is super friendly. Only note is the area can get noisy but you really are in the heart of everything. And it is a historic building which is never perfect but I personally love the charm and uniqueness of the lofts.”

“We lived at The Sutton for nearly three years and loved every bit of it — we only left because we bought a house.
After moving from out of state, Kyle made the leasing process completely seamless. The management team is what truly sets this building apart: Ayrian and Ty are responsive, solutions-driven, and genuinely invested in their residents. When our washing machine flooded in the middle of the night, Ayrian had a mitigation team and maintenance on site immediately — and even arranged for the cleaning team to help us clean up our unit, knowing we had a young baby. That's the kind of team they are.
James and Anita at the concierge desk are warm, helpful, and always a pleasure.The building is beautifully maintained, the community is peaceful, and the neighborhood walkability is unbeatable.
We highly recommend The Sutton to anyone looking for a well-run building with a team that actually shows up when it matters.”
