The absolute worst customer service experience ever!!!!! Worst ever in life. This should’ve been a simple transaction seeing as how it was a pick up order and I paid online. Literally all the associate had to do was get the order and give it to me and they failed miserably. Every last one of them. They are rude and unprofessional.1. They gave me a big box with $200 worth of kids clothes. I asked for a bag they refused. Mind you this is a mall so there’s no way to park by the entrance and I had my toddler and my older son with me.2. I asked if I could check my order at the register 1st associate said yes. Second associate came up “I guess I can’t check anyone else out” what pissed me off is that the register was not being used the whole time we were in there. I swear the first time they used it was when I was there.On top of everything they are just horrible. I don’t care how good the prices are I refuse to go back to this Childrens place. Please let me know when you guys get new management and new people. Idk who the manager is but all I can say is the fish rots from the head down.

Terrible customer service from a woman named Kaja (not sure on the spelling) very rude .. I’m not sure if she wanted me to do her job for her but I was picking up an online order and it was not ready but was dragging her feet to get it ready telling me I can go walk around the mall and come back …. I didn’t have time for that.. that’s why I placed a pick up orderI don’t come to the mall often due to the terrible service from some storesDo better children's place

Childrens place Literally stole from me. I purchased stuff for my girls and the payment went through, said approved and I was waiting for my receipt, then the lady said it didn’t go through. So I Call my card and it said it’s completed and it completed as a cash transaction. But I used a debit card though , so I called customer service and the lady is telling them the payment is completed. Long story short they wouldn’t give me my stuff and I now have to dispute the transaction from my card. Embarrassing! Never again, I’m done with children’s place.

Very poor customer service! Stay away from this location if you can. I came in with 2 small children to pick up a ship to store order. I was given two, large, bulk boxes that makes it difficult to grasp. Why’d the lady refuse to give me bags for me to put the items in? It wasn’t about the weight of the boxes, hit the awkwardness of holding them. I have a weak grasp, so a bag would’ve made life a little easier. I won’t ship another item or shop at this location.

Worst customer service. They give you a hard time when it’s time to exchange/return even tho you have your receipt. Literally they are looking at the online receipt and everything.

This evening, my Daughter and I stopped at this CP location to grab school uniforms for her and my Son. I came to Google to read the reviews before heading there and was hesitant based on the low 1.5 stars. I’m so glad that we went anyway, because we had a great experience! Prior to going, I called the store to see what mall entrance was closest to enter through and whoever answered the phone was very friendly. Then the moment we walked into the store, we were greeted immediately by the Store Manager Aja, who also was super helpful with getting us sizes from the back that weren’t stocked up front, getting us into the fitting room, and ringing us up. I have a disability with a walking cane, and she helped carry our items to the register. I watched her and her new Team assist other customers with great customer service and was so happy that she has turned this store around! I mentioned her poor online reviews and she admitted that there was a struggle with Team Members before, but that this new crew is doing well and it was very apparent. People take the time to share negative experiences, but I wanted to shout out this Children’s Place location for a wonderful customer experience this evening! Thank you so much again for EVERYTHING Aja and Team!

I had the worst experience today with the store manager. She was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked for her manager. I then called customer service and they didn’t speak English smh. I just want to speak to the general or district manager. Will I ever be contacted, I highly doubt it. I would suggest you to go to any other children’s place but this one!

Worst customer service I have ever seen. I had to return few items, even though I had receipt they dint take one of the item saying they dint have price tag on it. I showed them which exact item is that in the receipt. But still they refused. So I did return other items and came out of the store. When I realized I missed to get the return confirmation receipt, I went back to get it. Then she told me she didn't even complete the return. I was in complete shock. If I didn't come back I would have lost the money for my items. She didn't even call me to tell that she didn't finish the return transaction. Very irresponsible behavior and rude reply. They didn't even care about their work and they are doing it like they are providing free service to us.

Had a pick up order here. I realized I couldn't pick up I called to add an alternate to pick up and they just refused. I validated all the information and they couldn't add the pick up person. Finally got to the location to pick up stood in line for 15 minutes for a pick up order.

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST AND I MEAN WORST. I ordered uniform shirts for my niece and a first Halloween outfit for.my newborn niece. When I placed the order I stated that my sister-in-law would pick up the items. When she went to pick them up she was told I could only pick them up. I don’t live near Cumberland Mall. I called the store and the associate stated that my order was returned. They NEVER contacted me and told me that their policy was to send the item back without contacting the customer. This not only doesn’t make sense but it explains why the have such a low rating. I’ll contact corporate tomorrow but Children's Place will never get a penny of my money and will never see me as a customer. My only regret is that I couldn’t give them a zero.

Very rude & unprofessional employees in this place. This woman just argued with me on the phone when I called to inform them they gave me the wrong order during pick up & I would need my items shipped because I cannot drive back out 35mins on an error that is theirs. She kept arguing with no decorum like she’s on the streets. Smh
