Go somewhere else if you wanna a coffee !!! Really really upset about there!! They offer smoothies but no big hole straw for smoothies and you barely can drink! So you need to ask them for spoon, open the smoothies lip and eat. You already have many bags and suitcases with you, so you sit down and eat the smoothies bought from their store, also the popeyes's tenders. Even there's few people, staff will scold you SAID NO OUTSIDE FOOD EAT HERE AND USE OUR WIFI, even though you didn't use any wifi but only EAT their smoothies! So angry to me. This is the saddest moment of my trip. Service is the worst ever!

Please don’t listen to all these grouchy travelers complaining about the staff; they were incredibly nice and cracking jokes with customers the whole time, and weren’t even annoyed when I mentioned I’d ordered a coffee wrong.Great place to beat some of the crowds.

Absolute worst restaurant experience of my life. After waiting thirty minutes for coffee, we inquired about our order of two coffees we were then berated by the staff for asking about our coffee. They had lost our order ticket, so after proving our receipt, we were then given our coffees and harassed by the staff who unnecessarily turned a minor question about order status into telling us to get out of “her” store. Not once did we raise our voices but were greeted with aggression. Absolutely uncalled for and over the top. I would also note that she similarly told a woman asking about her bottle of water to leave the store. This staff is clearly taking out their own issues on the customers. At an airport location if a customer had behaved in this way, they would’ve likely been detained by airport security.

Coffee is tasteless and watered down (that’s not what “light roast” means). The process of buying the coffee involves a digital display where you order and a couple of attendants to “show you how to use the machine”, which tells you how smart the whole process is.I would NOT recommend nor come back here.

Barista did not understand the concept of an iced espresso drink, and tried to instead serve me iced filter coffee, which was significantly cheaper than what I ordered. Has an attitude when I asked, and didn't understand why someone would want espresso poured over ice.The coffee itself was fine once corrected, but service was unpleasant

Since you guys went contactless and customers have to order on their phones now, use the money you’re saving and improve on your coffee brew. I’ve had it several times now, and it tastes weak and deluded. Breakfast sandwiches are decent, but would be better if the staff toasted the biscuits instead of microwaved them.

Loved the atmosphere of this place; even in an airport. The barista behind the counter with the tiny voice was hilarious & she had an inviting personality. I absolutely loved the modern QR code available for no-contact ordering. There should probably be more than one QR code available & maybe a bit of instruction to help the traffic and eliminate confusion of newbies but it was a good & efficient experience overall. The biscuit was delicious but VERY greasy. The orange juice was definitely overpriced for the size but this restaurant is in an airport setting so.. I get it. A bacon & egg biscuit with an orange juice cost me $13.91! It did what it was supposed to do though. ? 8/10 — would recommend.

At this cafe at Atlanta airport: Contactless service caused lines while staff goes about other business rather than helping people through the self order, QR code process. Less than ideal.

An employee from another airport establishment I patronized used my credit card info to purchase multiple cups of coffee for their friends. Disputing charges now. SHADY EMPLOYEES!
